Job Summary:

Seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end execution of wire harness design & manufacturing programs (similar to heavy equipment/OEM projects), ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, production, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations for wire harness design-to-production programs
• Coordinate with design engineering teams on routing, BOMs, and release activities
• Oversee prototype builds, validation, and production launch
• Drive production planning, quality, and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Suppliers)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in wire harness manufacturing + design support environment
• Understanding of routing, connectors, BOMs, and release processes
• Experience supporting OEM/heavy equipment/automotive programs
• Leadership and cross-functional program management skills
• Knowledge of ERP/PLM systems (Teamcenter/Windchill preferred)
