Job Details Job Details: Oversee and manage crews within the converting department to ensure adherence to safety procedures, achieve production goals efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards.

Conduct structured meetings with crews to address safety, production, quality, and housekeeping concerns, promoting a professional attitude at all times.

Collaborate with other departments such as corrugator and shipping to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Troubleshoot production quality issues and demonstrate a good working knowledge of converting machinery and automated systems.

Maintain accurate documentation, communicate shift summaries, and promptly report any major incidents or mechanical breakdowns to the appropriate individuals.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED.

Minimum 3-5 years of supervisor experience in the corrugated industry.

Proficiency in operating flexo printers and/or die cutters, with knowledge of specialty folder gluers and laminators being a plus.

Strong understanding of safety policies, regulations, and high-quality standards within the converting process.

Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication (written and verbal), and proficiency in computer systems and automation used in the industry.

As a Motor Transport Operator, you’ll play an important part of the Army’s transportation logistics team. You’ll supervise and operate wheeled vehicles over all types of terrain to safely transport cargo, troops, and provide advanced mobility on all missions. You’ll manage loading, unloading, and report any vehicle problems or damage.

Skills you’ll learn align with Vehicle Operations, Loading & Unloading and Map Reading. In addition, you could earn 16 nationally recognized certifications!

JOB DUTIES

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 weeks of Basic Training
  • 6 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
  • U.S. Citizen
  • 17 to 34 Years Old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Meet Tattoo Guidelines
  • No Major Law Violations
  • No Medical Concerns
