As a Motor Transport Operator, you’ll play an important part of the Army’s transportation logistics team. You’ll supervise and operate wheeled vehicles over all types of terrain to safely transport cargo, troops, and provide advanced mobility on all missions. You’ll manage loading, unloading, and report any vehicle problems or damage.
Skills you’ll learn align with Vehicle Operations, Loading & Unloading and Map Reading. In addition, you could earn 16 nationally recognized certifications!

JOB DUTIES
- Transportation of cargo and personnel to strategic locations

The Physician Assistant is a licensed independent practitioner who is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations. This position must comply with the standards of care, which include without limitation assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status and clinical management. The practice is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members.
Essential Skills:
· Knowledge of pertinent medical and drug information necessary to examine and treat gastroenterology patients.
· Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
· Has, or eligible for, hospital privileges
· Comfortable multitasking with a sharp attention to detail
· Can perform duties accurately in a timely and efficient manner.
· Can demonstrate exemplary patient service skills and display courteousness and respect.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to remain cordial throughout the workday as well as to maintain patience under occasional stressful situations.

The client is seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to join their expanding global tax team, with the role being based in Germany to support their German operations and European entities.
The role requires expertise in EU transfer pricing, comprehensive knowledge of local and international tax regulations, and a proactive compliance and planning approach.
Reporting to the Tax Director in the United States, the Senior Tax Manager will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external advisors throughout Europe to manage tax risks, improve processes, and support the client's growth in the region.
Key responsibilities include leading corporate income tax compliance and reporting for Germany and other European areas, as well as overseeing quarterly and annual income tax provisions.
The role involves monitoring and managing transfer pricing policies consistent with OECD guidelines, supporting intercompany transaction reviews, handling transfer pricing audits, and preparing local and master files.
Engaging with local advisors and auditors for tax compliance, assisting with tax audits, addressing inquiries from tax authorities, and supporting VAT and other indirect tax matters are also integral parts of the role.
The Senior Tax Manager will identify EU tax incentives and funding grant opportunities, collaborate on process improvements, and contribute to tax risk management strategies.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related fields, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience focused on European and German corporate taxation.
Expertise in EU transfer pricing, knowledge of German tax law, US GAAP tax provisions, and experience with indirect tax compliance are essential.
Candidates should have experience in multinational corporate settings, with the ability to manage complex organizational structures and cross-border issues, alongside proficiency in tax reporting systems and excellent communication skills.
The role is predominantly remote, with occasional on-site requirements and accommodation provided for those needing to commute.
Fluency in English is essential, with German language skills strongly preferred.
