We are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead production and warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing business. This role oversees a small, multi-shift team and is responsible for building structure, consistency, and capability across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

What You’ll Do
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
- Establish disciplined production planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes
- Execute and sustain Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar)
- Implement KPIs, visual management, and daily management routines
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, scrap reduction, uptime, and labor efficiency
- Build and enforce standard work; reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
- Train, coach, and develop a small production team (currently ~7 employees)
- Develop future leaders and support onboarding and development of new roles
- Partner closely with site leadership to align operational execution with business priorities
What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, with increasing leadership responsibility
Proven experience leading production teams in small to mid-sized operations
Experience in continuous-process manufacturing preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting capability
Proven experience with:
- Production planning & capacity management
- Inventory Control and accuracy
- Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar)
- KPI tracking, reporting, and operational metrics
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Training, cross-training, and team development
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Strong people leadership, communication skills, and decision-making skills
Positive, steady leadership style—especially during challenging periods
