Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Manager oversees and performs maintenance operations for a liquid bulk terminal. This role involves directing personnel, contractors, and resources to complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on tanks, meters, pumps, valves, piping systems, gear reducers, filters, strainers, vehicles, cranes, forklifts, and other equipment essential to terminal operations.
The Maintenance Manager also coordinates the insulation and painting of tanks, piping, handrails, and structural supports; manages the cleaning of tanks; and ensures proper upkeep of maintenance facilities, equipment, and grounds. Additionally, this position participates in spill response, hazardous and non-hazardous material handling, tank cleaning, and other safety- and environmental-related activities.
The Maintenance Manager directly supervises up to six employees and is responsible for training, planning, assigning, and reviewing work, evaluating performance, and resolving issues in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Schedule terminal painting and general infrastructure upkeep.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, loaders, torches, and lifts for maintenance tasks.
- Inspect and maintain tank foundations, steam coils, vents, relief valves, and gaskets.
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget.
- Maintain tools and ensure proper use and secure storage.
