Job Details Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.
1- Generation of in-process test procedures/data sheets for PCA’s, modules and top-level system testing.
2- Design and creation of system interface test fixturing.
3- Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation: • Parts/Material/Process program requirements.
• Top level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing.
4- Generation of engineering required documentation: • Failure reports (if required) • Discrepant Material Report (DMR) • Recovery Test Plans.
• Engineering change notices for customer review and internal component updates.
• End Item Data Packages for submittal to customer for review and acceptance • Data management (storage and maintaining of test data for company review and accessibility) 5- Test support for engineers, technicians, engineering associates: a.

Responsibilities
This role as Mechanical Engineer will be focused on a mix of project types, everything from critical environment healthcare designs to energy performance work and large public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and responding to the needs of multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Work with Senior Engineers and Lead the design and development of HVAC systems for commercial and institutional projects. Projects can include healthcare work such as operating rooms, CSS, pharmacies, in-patient hospitals, And outpatient facilities. Projects could also be Public Works, with clients such as DASNY, CUNY, NYS OGS, and NYCHA.
- Work with Senior Engineers and project team to conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for system design and retrofitting.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation tools to create accurate designs and calculations.
- Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize system performance and ensure compliance with energy codes and standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancement, and best practices in HVAC design and engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- 7-10 years of industry experience
- Proven track record of designing multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of NYS / NYC / International Building Codes.

We are seeking experienced litigators (4+ years) who are comfortable handling insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
Our practice spans a wide range of civil defense work, and attorneys in our offices are not siloed into a single narrow niche.
