Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble Product by referring to the Engineering Drawings The assembler will refer to Bill of Material's, sales / assembly drawings, and master comments from the QAD system and correctly interpret them. Assembler will evaluate product for correct performance and visual characteristics.

Professional Experience/ Qualifications

  • Ability to meet consistent attendance


  • Must be a quick learner and be able to follow procedures and written documentation to build product
  • Willing to learn and complete audits on 5S, kanban, and participate in continuous improvement activities

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Construction Field Superintendent with Underground Power experience in the Los Angeles area. Ability to complete construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors, field staff, and sub-contractors.


Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversees job site personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work schedules and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays
  • Works with Project Manager and Scheduler in the development and refinement of the project schedule to keep the schedules properly updated and see that the job meets the completion date while meeting budget
  • Responsible for approving all expenses for each assigned job; ensure they are applied to the proper job and phase code
  • Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times

  • Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules

Total annual on-target earnings of $300k - $350k +, consisting of: 

- Base salary

- Monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period) 

Our history  

Talkiatry was founded in 2020 by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care. Together, they set out to reimagine outpatient psychiatry by building a model that supports both patients and clinicians, while expanding access to mental healthcare.

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice.

This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:
  • Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits
  • Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population
  • Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model 
What your day-to-day practice looks like:
  • 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
  • Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD) 
  • Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients 
  • Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups) 
  • No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage 
  • In-house referral network to therapists 
  • Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing 
Clinical autonomy & flexibility:
  • Control over schedule and weekly availability
  • Session length within established clinical standards
  • Patient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferences 
  • Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong clinical judgement, communication skills and collaborative mindset
