This role serves as the central interface between OEM ink suppliers, internal R&D, Sales, Service, and Applications teams, ensuring inks remain a differentiated, high-performance, and compliant component of equipment solutions.
This position owns ink quality, performance, and regulatory integrity and serves as the subject-matter expert for all ink-related technical, commercial, and operational matters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ink supplier relationships and coordinate with EU R&D partners, serving as the primary technical contact for ink specifications, performance standards, and compliance requirements
- Define ink development priorities, including new formulations, reformulations, and product lifecycle transitions aligned with customer needs and equipment roadmaps
- Support pricing, supply, and contract discussions with ink vendors to ensure alignment with cost targets, volume expectations, and performance standards
- Establish and maintain ink performance standards across all ink families, including color accuracy, adhesion, durability, jetting behavior, and substrate compatibility
- Own escalated ink quality, batch, or performance issues, driving structured root cause analysis, corrective actions, and proactive customer communication
- Benchmark inks against competitive alternatives to identify performance gaps and continuous improvement opportunities
- Serve as the escalation point for ink-related technical issues in support of Service and Applications teams
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to position inks as a competitive advantage in the equipment sales process
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and sales enablement materials, including performance data, compliance documentation, and application guidance
- Deliver targeted training to Sales and channel partners
- Ensure all ink products meet applicable regulatory, safety, and certification requirements, including food contact, VOC, and chemical compliance standards
- Proactively manage regulatory changes and component updates with suppliers to prevent field disruption
- Maintain accurate, current, and accessible technical and regulatory documentation for internal teams and customers
- Participate in ink governance and review forums to track quality metrics, open issues, development projects, vendor performance, and roadmap alignment
- Provide technical input on emerging applications, substrates, and market trends
- Support ink product lifecycle decisions, including product introductions, optimizations, phase-outs, and customer transition planning
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Print Technology, or a related technical field
- Five or more years of experience in digital UV inkjet, ink or materials development, or OEM printing equipment environments

Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for leading complex precision optics programs from initial pursuit through contract award program execution, and delivery. This role owns cost, schedule, and technical coordination across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. In a small-business environment, the Program Manager is hands-on, highly cross-functional, and directly engaged in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full program lifecycle for large precision optics projects.
- Serve as primary customer point of contact for program execution, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including opto-mechanical engineering, manufacturing, metrology, quality, and supply chain.
- Translate customer requirements into executable technical and manufacturing plans.
- Lead design reviews, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and internal program reviews.
- Manage subcontractors and key suppliers for optical materials, coatings, fabrication, and testing.
- Track earned value, cost performance, and schedule performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead proposal development, cost estimating, and transition from proposal to execution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and documentation requirements.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, predictability, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in precision optics, photonics, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.

CLINICAL LADDER LEVEL I-IV
The RN level will be determined at the time of hire based on the candidate’s qualifications and ability to meet Clinical Ladder requirements. An established compensation add-on is applied to each RN level.
Level expectations include:
RN Level II: Minimum 6 months RN experience; AAS in Nursing; completion of Clinical Ladder requirements within 12 months, including 3 activities per pillar (Leadership, Quality, Organizational Contribution), 9 CEUs, and 6 flex items.

In addition to medical care, RNs on 5800 play a vital role in supporting the psychosocial needs of patients, particularly those with substance use disorders and mental health challenges, providing compassionate, holistic care to a diverse patient population.

Join our Cardiothoracic Step-Down Unit, a high-acuity telemetry unit caring for patients recovering from open-heart and thoracic surgeries, including those with Left Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs). As a step-down from the CTICU, the unit offers a consistent, specialized cardiac patient population with occasional overflow from cardiac medicine.
All RNs receive comprehensive LVAD training during orientation, making this an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking to develop critical care skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care
· Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e. physical, psychological, educational and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological / developmental age of the patient).
· Communicates and documents assessment of patient with the interdisciplinary team. Utilizes all available resources in order to meet the needs of the patient and family.
· Develops and documents plan of care, treatment and services which is individualized and appropriate for the patient needs, strengths, limitations and goals.
· Complies with organizational policies, procedures and protocols including policies governing safety, medication administration and documentation.
· Revises plan of care based on ongoing evaluations and updates documentation appropriately.
· Completes at least one clinical research utilization (CRU) form for submission to Nursing Research Department utilizing a research article from the last 5 years from research performed in the United States.
COMPLIANCE:
· Completes a minimum of 5 nationally approved contact hours (CNE or CEU) per year.
· Completes mandatory in-services and health screens in timely manner.
· Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
· Registered Nurse license in New York State.
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

The Crisis Intervention Unit at Rochester General Hospital offers treatment and support to those experiencing a mental health or chemical dependency crisis.

FLOAT POOL:
Nurses in the float pool are not assigned to a specific unit. They are trained on multiple units and become familiar with all medical surgical units within Unity. After orientation, the nurse will be assigned to a specific unit for their shift each day based on hospital needs. Nurses in the float pool will become well-versed in all different types of nursing and will expand their knowledge and nursing skills.
