The Role We Want You For
As a Project Director, you will provide leadership on projects as the "single point of contact" for the owner, design department, and the project staff. The Role We Want You For
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will provide support to the project staff to ensure quality and timely execution of design-build projects from design to completion. These phases include: scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, preparation of subcontracts, the handling of owner coordination, construction quality oversight, and project closeout.

The Role We Want You For
Provides project document coordination and recording throughout the PreBid, Design, Construction and Closeout process. Keep in contact with the design team, project management, peer reviewers and subcontractors to determine document flow and responsibility to maintain Clayco procedural standards while customizing and improving on these standards as required by each project.
Point Person for construction documents including drawings, sketches, specs, closeout documents, contracts and change orders, etc. Logging and tracking these documents and distributing to the Project Team Members and maintaining the electronic filing system.
This person helps to troubleshoot issues that may arise with Subs, Bidders, etc., in accessing/downloading on-line documents. Candidate understands the construction process and will coordinate next steps in keeping with the policies and standards of Clayco as the project progresses.

- Maintain Electronic Project Files and multiple platforms.
- Assist Estimating Department in Bidding Efforts.
- Type, assemble, organize, file, distribute, etc., Project Meeting Minutes, Bid Packages, Submittal Packages, Drawings, Contracts, Change Orders, etc.
- Create and maintain Distribution Lists in PMWeb.
- Manage and adjust workflows for standardized processes with the direction of the project team.
- Enter new companies and update company information in PMWeb, and elsewhere, as necessary.
- Assist in format and content of project specific reports as requested.
- Follow up with Subcontractors, Designers, and Suppliers for submittals, executed contracts, change orders, closeouts, etc.
- Request, assemble and submit the closeout documents to the owner and to archive.
- Maintain company standards and procedures for the Project and follow up with the team to ensure they are being followed.
- Assist in data searches of previous projects.
Requirements
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Two-year degree in business administration or related associates degree is preferred.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for a Senior Executive. Duties may include but are not limited to marketing research, booking business travel, coordinating or monitoring calendars and business meetings, creating/editing documents, maintaining office organization, maintaining contact database, client research, project opportunity website tracking and reporting, assist in event planning, and data entry. The honest version of what's happening in enterprise AI in the middle market ($100M - $2B) right now is messy. Most organizations know they need to move. Very few have the leadership that can operate fluently at both ends of the problem… the C-suite conversation about investment rationale and the engineering conversation about whether the architecture can actually support what was just promised.
That gap is expensive and we've seen it in every sector we work in. It shows up the same way every time: smart strategy work that doesn't connect to anything deployable, or capable technical teams building things that never get funded or adopted.
The Principal AI Strategist role exists to close that gap on our most important engagements.
THE ROLE
What this position actually does
You are the senior-most strategy and delivery mind on a client engagement. You hold the intellectual and commercial thread across the entire lifecycle from the first diagnostic conversation through to a working AI system in production and the expansion that follows when the client realizes it's changing something real.
You are not the person who manages the team to do the thinking… you are responsible for the most strategic form of that thinking. You shape the strategy, challenge the architecture, own the executive relationship, and are personally accountable for whether the engagement creates measurable business value.
The title is Principal AI Strategist because that's the actual job. The level is Senior Director because that reflects the scope, accountability, and authority this role carries inside Quantum Rise and in front of clients.

- Risk is predictable: Enterprise AI risk falls into defined categories: data privacy, bias, explainability, and governance. Principles define what good looks like; governance establishes ownership, decision rights, and escalation.
- Execution credibility matters as much as technical ambition: “Crawl”and MVP solutions that are in production beat “Run” enterprise-wide solutions that aren't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you own
Client strategy and delivery
- Lead end-to-end engagement execution from strategy and diagnostic through deployment and commercial expansion
- Run executive discovery sessions translating ambiguous business problems into structured AI investment rationales
- Build the business case with the rigor of an investor, not the optimism of a vendor: quantified value, honest constraints, sequenced roadmap
- Own the relationship with C-suite and senior client stakeholders as a peer, not a service provider
Technical leadership
- Apply working fluency in LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG architecture, and data infrastructure to make real design decisions ensuring the original business value is obtained
- Collaborate with engineering to challenge, refine, and pressure-test solutions against production realities
- Define AI product roadmaps that are incrementally value generating, governed, measured, and adopted
Firm development
- Identify capability and offering gaps where Quantum Rise can build durable competitive advantage
- Build reusable delivery IP (frameworks, playbooks, diagnostic tools) that improve every engagement that follows
- Develop and mentor the next generation of AI consultants on what it means to operate at the intersection of AI strategy and delivery
- Contribute to business development through the quality of your work and the depth of your client relationships

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
- Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.
Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows
- Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams.
- Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
- Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.
Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities
- Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
- Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including:
- Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
- Reporting and commissions APIs
- Activity and transaction tracking
- Risk and fraud scoring hooks
- Customer authentication and tokenization flows
- Reseller administrator portal
- Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.
Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients
- Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
- Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

The Role
