Overview

The Engineering Supervisor works cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, NC Programming, Quality, and Operations to improve processes, integrate new programs, and ensure consistent, compliant production. Position Responsibilities

• Serve as a key manufacturing engineering representative for new statements of work, new product integration, and process transitions.

• Play a strong leadership role in New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.

Basic Qualifications for a Sr Principal Engineer:

• Air Breathing Propulsion knowledge and experience on aircraft (subsonic, supersonic or hypersonic) or missile systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time.
• Must have an active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Education).
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Analyst II with 3+ years of experience to support and enhance our IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Knowledge Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

CMDB (Configuration Management Database):

• Support the maintenance, administration, and enhancement of the CMDB in ServiceNow.
• Perform regular data quality audits using CMDB Health Dashboards, identifying and resolving orphan, stale, or duplicate CIs.
• Collaborate with asset management, IT operations, and infrastructure teams to validate CI data and ensure alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Assist in defining and maintaining CI classes, relationships, and attributes based on organizational requirements.
• Contribute to CMDB governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the long-term health and usability of the platform.
• Participate in CMDB audits and compliance activities.

Knowledge Management:

• Serve as the primary analyst and administrator for the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module.
• Assist in designing and implementing knowledge workflows, approval processes, and article lifecycle management.
• Monitor and report on knowledge article usage, feedback, and quality, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and accessible.
• Work with knowledge owners and contributors across departments to promote knowledge sharing, standardization, and taxonomy alignment.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base structure (categories, templates, metadata) for optimal user experience and searchability.
• Support Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) practices, if applicable.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• In-depth understanding and background in ITOM Visibility (ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping), CMDB, and Knowledge Management administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with MID Server installation, configuration, and management.
• Familiarity with protocols used in Discovery (e.g., WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell) and experience integrating via REST/SOAP APIs.

Pay Range: $40 to $60 per hour.

• Weld, assemble, and fabricate various propellant space tank systems and sub-assembly components using GTAW (TIG) welding methods
• Use precision-calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform work in accordance with detailed procedures, specifications, and test instructions
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing work instructions
• Utilize various mechanical tools and equipment with minimal supervision
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment safely
