Job Summary:

The Subsurface Analyst will join a highly trained team of field specialists responsible for identifying and designating critical subsurface utilities and structural embeds within concrete structures. This role supports safe excavation and construction activities by providing accurate, non-destructive investigations of underground infrastructure.


This position operates within the discipline of non-destructive testing (NDT) and utilizes advanced technologies including Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), electromagnetic (EM) pipe locators, and other specialized scanning tools. In addition to performing field investigations, the Subsurface Analyst will capture and document findings to create a digital representation of previously unknown subsurface infrastructure.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform investigative scanning activities on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure job sites.
  • Collect and analyze field data to designate structural embeds including rebar, conduits, post-tension cables, and other structural elements.
  • Locate underground utilities such as sewer, water, communications, gas, and electrical lines.
  • Travel as required for training and service support.
  • Accurately mark scanned areas in accordance with Penhall’s Standard Marking Protocol.
  • Complete comprehensive field documentation including reports, sketches, and photographic records.
  • Partner with site personnel to review and confirm project scope prior to beginning work.
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding technology capabilities, limitations, and recommended solutions.
  • Explain investigation results, safety considerations, and recommended next steps to customers.
  • Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
  • Attend required safety meetings, job briefings, and training sessions.
  • Check in daily with scheduling personnel or supervisors to confirm assignments.
  • Transport and properly secure all tools and equipment necessary for field operations.
  • Assist with the training and development of new analysts when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The role plays a critical part in delivering accurate and timely investigative results that support safe excavation and concrete construction operations. All field work must be performed in accordance with company safety standards, established protocols, and client expectations.


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical training in Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), or construction scanning preferred
  • Prior experience with GPR, X-ray scanning, utility locating, or concrete scanning services is a plus
  • OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (may be obtained after hire)


Physical and Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling on job sites
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments both indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to travel and drive to various job locations while transporting required equipment

You will preparing patients for procedures: Includes checking and verifying vital signs, meds, NPO status, lab results, and medical history

You will monitoring patient patterns and vital signs during the procedure

You will oversee the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after procedures

Your role will provide post-procedure monitoring: Includes observing for signs and symptoms of complications, such as bleeding from the puncture site, pain, and/or changes in mental status or vital signs

Needed Qualifications:

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

Current Colorado Registered Nurse License with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

2-3 years of experience in a specialty unit (Critical Care, ED, PACU, or Radiology) preferred

Must be able to function independently, be multi-task oriented, and show excellent prioritizing skills

The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the organization's health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements as prescribed by the owners. This is an overnight position that starts as temporary with the option to make permanent after six months.  


 


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned: 


Conduct safety orientation sessions for all employees, on-site workers and representatives. 


Inform employees of their safety rights and responsibilities per regulations and the manual. 


Coordinate and lead weekly safety meetings (toolbox talks). 


Assist and participate field meetings when requested. 


Coordinate and lead monthly safety meetings for supervisors (as needed). 


Engage in Job Hazard Analysis and Pre-Task Planning, reviewing subcontractors’ safety programs. 


Teach employees, all site workers regulatory training, special safety procedures as required by OSHA and the ROCIP IV manual. 


Assess project employees', subcontractors and on-site workers adherence to safety rules and standards. 


Conduct emergency action plans training.

If an employee denies treatment, or they only wish to receive first aid on site, they must indicate so on the Designated Medical Provider Form, sign, date, and return it. 


File the first report of injury with the insurance carrier within 12 hours of any employee seeking medical care, including subcontractor injuries. 


Maintain proactive, professional, and collaborative safety partnership with DEN. 


Review all safety submittals to ensure they meet contract requirements before submission to DEN, ensuring submissions come through the General Contractor's document control software. 


Conduct daily safety inspections of work areas and provide results to DEN ROCIP Safety Team upon request, possibly using specified forms or programs. 


Address all safety issues logged into ACC BUILD within 24 hours. 


Compile and send safety statistical information to the DEN ROCIP Safety Team. 


Participate in weekly construction meetings with DEN. 


Attend quarterly safety meetings scheduled by the DEN ROCIP Safety Team. 


Qualifications/Experience: 

Must hold a Board of Certified Safety Professionals CHST with at least 8 years construction experience in HSE.

Must have completed the OSHA 500 course for construction within the last 24 months, remaining current for the duration of the project.  


Must provide proof of non-expired completion of a Red Cross or approved equal for Cardio–Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid, and Automated External Defibrillation (AED).

Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary: This position supports the mission of Presbyterian/St Luke’s Medical Center of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. The Surgical Technician III will be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide assistance during the surgical procedures performed in the department in the scrub role. The Surgical Technician III is experienced in all aspects of aseptic technique, setting up the required equipment and sterile supplies as needed for their assigned cases; pulling cases as needed, breaking down cases at the end of the procedure, sets up operating room and supplies needed for day/following day’s schedule. He/she is knowledgeable regarding instrumentation, equipment and supply needs for all types of surgical procedures. The Surgical Technician III must be competent as a Surgical Technician II, demonstrating basic to advanced knowledge and skills in the scrub role, in multiple surgical specialties performed in the department (i.e. Revision Total Joints, Ophthalmology/Retinal, Complex Vascular, Complex spines with instrumentation, Pediatrics, Major Orthopedics, Free Flaps/Limb Preservation procedures, Craniofacial procedures and Cardiac). He/she acts as a preceptor, resource and mentor for new staff members, surgical technician students and existing staff. He/she is available for call on an assigned/scheduled basis as required by unit need. II. Position Requirements:

A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program. . Certification preferred. Surgical Registry required BLS required.

B. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Graduate of Surgical Technician Program.

C. Experience: One years experience as a Surgical Technician II in the Main OR. Ability to meet the requirements of Surgical Technician III position.

D. Special Qualifications: Advanced knowledgeable of surgical procedures, equipment and instrumentation. Must be able to precept and mentor new and existing staff members in the role of a Surgical Technician.
