Key Responsibilities:

• Using firm systems and data, break down metrics, trends and details to understand and predict high-value firm efficiencies.
• Create reports for leadership on ad hoc reporting metrics to assist with firm tracking and growth initiatives.
• Ensure all digital files are secure, accurately uploaded and saved in the system.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail across all materials and reports, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organize information in digestible ways.
• Communicate with various internal contacts, such as legal staff and leadership.
