The Role We Want You For

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for field operations and onsite construction management of design-build construction projects, specifically quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, construction, start up, and testing on highly complex projects nationwide. The Assistant Superintendent will have input in the planning and oversight of the job including scheduling of manpower, obtaining tools and materials needed, filing permits and other documents, and advising on budget expenditures. The Assistant Superintendent will also provide on-site supervision of the daily workload, job site safety, receiving and storing of tools and supplies, and the reporting of all of these aspects to the Project Manager and Project Superintendent. Additionally, the Assistant Superintendent is expected to work diligently to educate themselves with Clayco on site Superintendent and Operations Manager duties to take the next step to becoming a Superintendent.

• Coordinate with preconstruction, design, engineering, procurement, operations, safety, quality, and all other project site management team members to assure that the there is always adequate project resources.

The Role We Want You For

The Project Manager will provide leadership to the project staff and ensure quality and timely execution of design-build projects from design to completion.

The Specifics of the Role

• Working under the leadership of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager coordinates all aspects of the project including:
• Coordination with the project team (designers, engineers, production, assembly, site crews).
• Communication and coordination involving the customer and their project team (project managers, architects, engineers, consultants), to ascertain contract time, cost, and quality objectives, and organize project resources accordingly.
• Develop an understanding of the bid scope and contract documents (trade contract, scope drawings, specification, exhibits, bid pricing and clarifications).
• Develop, track, update, and report on the detailed project schedule for design, engineering, mockups, production, and installation activities.
• Develop, track, update, and report on the contract schedule of values and payment requisitions, ensuring the project cash flow is met and payments received in a timely manner
• Develop and understand of the contract budget.
• Coordinate all aspects of project Quality Control; develop, track, update and report on the contract quality control and assurance system.
• Pricing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and sub-contracts, ensuring that both budgetary and specified contractual cost, time and quality requirements are met.

• Attend and take meeting minutes at all required external and internal meetings.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred

As a Lead Data Scientist at Securian Financial, you are a recognized expert and technical leader within the organization. Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including:

  • Reporting and commissions APIs
