Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies.
- Acquires tools needed for daily operations
- Measures distances from grade stakes, drives stakes, and stretches tight line.
- Bolts, nails, aligns, and blocks up under forms.
- Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
- Levels earth to fine grade specifications.
- Mixes concrete.
- Smooths and finishes freshly poured cement or concrete.
- Positions, joins, aligns, and seals pipe sections.
- Erects scaffolding, shoring, and braces.
- Paving Duties:
- Assists with pre-run markings
- Uses a paving lute to fine grade before roller man compacts
- Operates vibratory plate as needed
- Shovels asphalt as required
- Direct traffic around work area as required
- Pipe Duties:
- Gets tools needed for daily operations
- Gets job set up for daily function such as setting up a pipe laser
- Operates a Wacker and jumping jack to perform backfilling duties
- Uses cut saws to make pipe proper length
- Preps pipe for connection before pipe gets lowered
- Shoots grades and checks grades using laser or conventional methods

- Create and update at least monthly the overall schedule. Review schedules with the superintendent for each project including the required timetables for work performed by subcontractors
- Work as a team with assigned foreman and superintendent to build project in a controlled manner. Manage and coordinate with subcontractor
- Coordinate with purchasing the requisition of materials and furnish information for proper coding of invoices
- Provide modifications resulting in change orders
- Shares with the Estimator in the processing of plan revisions for change orders and distribute as required
- Process Additional Work Authorizations (AWA’s) for change order submission
- Coordinate and process change orders or technical problems with client requirements, suppliers, superintendents, and subcontractors
- Review project cost reports each day
- Visit project sites for troubleshooting and for the purposes of ensuring project quality. Site visits to be at least once a week
- Oversee project security and safety
- Prepare project AIA Billing requisitions with project secretary
- Review all purchase orders, delivery tickets, subcontractor requisitions, and invoices to see that they are coded correctly for project costing
- Maintain all project files: submittals, shop drawings, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, punch lists
- Occasionally meet with all subcontractors/suppliers for project coordination
- Maintain a log for all submittals and shop drawings
- Assist with new project transitions and pre-job planning
- Chair all project meetings
- Meet or exceed project objectives as determined in the pre-job planning process
- Provide accurate percent complete status on projects to accounting each month
- Conduct a thorough analysis of job costs vs. budget each month
- Report to top management each month on gross margin improvement strategies and accomplishments

The Clinical Affairs Manager will provide clinical expertise, insight, and support to clinical end-users, clinical sales specialists, sales team, Regulatory, Engineering, marketing, and other corporate departments on safe and effective use of the Teleflex Medical product portfolio with primary emphasis on the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise. This position will support the appropriate clinical application of the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise via didactic, web-based, and teleconference education, and understanding of these products and best practices. Clinical support will be provided to physicians, nurses, techs, etc., to include support for live cases/proctorships in the therapeutic areas related to focus products. Coordinate, participate, and manage educational, scientific activities at identified local, regional, and national trade shows/exhibitions. Serve as part of the CMA clinical expert team on product applications and troubleshooting when interfacing with SBU Leadership, Clinical Sales Specialists, and Teleflex team members. Participate as a clinical expert on project teams, committees, and in meetings with various corporate departments to provide guidance as to the clinical perspectives for the Coronary/Structural franchise. Build and support infrastructure for speaker programs supporting Teleflex Academy, webinars, training content, and programs. Coordinate and participate in content development and review of education material as needed by IA BU or CMA. Manage all business-associated administrative tasks and responsibilities to support job-related activities, to include strict adherence to the Teleflex Medical T&E policies and procedures, timely filing of required and/or requested reports, and documentation of activities via approved documents and forms. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in clinical, biology, health sciences, or engineering. Procedural experience within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart Possess a minimum of five years' clinical exposure in the medical field in the Cardiology environment.
