Associate Director of Member Engagement Enablement

2) set our member engagement and experience strategy, including the measures of performance that drive value, both enterprise-wide and for key strategic initiatives

3) provide the support, guidance and insights to help the business achieve those levels of performance;

4) partner with enterprise technology to build and manage the next generation of member engagement capabilities and infrastructure; and

5) operationalize our member engagement programs by coordinating across clinical, service, analytics, marketing, enterprise technology to deliver seamless member engagement interventions that produce measurable impacts and resonate in the market.

Reporting to the Vice President of Member Engagement, Experience, and Advocacy, the Director of Member Engagement Enablement is responsible for supporting the team’s charter by delivering on the 4th pillar. This person will partner deeply with enterprise technology to help scope, design and build the next generation of our consumer engagement infrastructure, leveraging the insights and needs of the entire MEEA team – especially member engagement programs and consumer research and performance measurement – as well as those of the broader organization to helps us advance our core member engagement-driven strategic imperatives, which includes member navigation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the consumer experience and engagement ‘enablement’ strategic portfolio project work project:
• Be the day-to-day business lead for the staged build of our core member engagement operational data platform
• E.g. ensure the phasing aligns with our strategic business needs and use cases, aware of interdependencies with other projects, vendors and partners in their own phases of development
• E.g. ensure all business use cases and needs across the organization are understood, represented and included for prioritization and then explaining the business rationale behind prioritization decisions to all stakeholders
• Be the day-to-day business lead for our email/SMS
• Design and advance future consumer engagement enablement strategic projects
• In support of our current and developing member engagement programs, and in partnership with the Associate Director of Member Engagement Programs, lead the work to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various engagement platforms including but not limited to CRM, omni-channel communication orchestration engines, and analytics platforms.
• Evaluate and consider emerging tools such as (AI, personalization engines, CRM/CMS innovations) for relevance and scalability
• For example, partner with the Associate Director of Member Engagement Programs and colleagues in Performance Measurement and Improvement (PMI) and Health and Medical Management to evaluate new machine learning and CenAI algorithms/tools that identify key points on members’ clinical journeys, the most impactful opportunities for navigation/guidance/intervention and how to prioritize across multiple clinical pathways when a member has multiple conditions, as well as factoring in other key interactions with BCBSMA to maximize relevance, strengthen our relationship with the member and increase the impact of engagement.
• Champion and prioritize AI, automation and self-service functions across all relevant domains and purviews above.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in health-related technology roles, with a strong preference for health plan experience and the deep understanding of health plan core technologies, data structures, formats and uses (for BCBSMA this means working knowledge and/or use of: DAL/CAR, RTMS, EDI, EAH, MSST and Data warehouse
• Preferred areas of specialization include (but not limited to): consumer experience and/or digital and marketing technologies; health plan analytics and performance measurement (actuarial, consumer experience, provider performance)
• Deep understanding of the marketing, service and CX technology landscape, including CRM, and email/SMS tools, and customer data technologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience embedding agile practices in business teams
• Experience with corporate strategy and portfolio processes
• Strong technical expertise and acumen, with a demonstrated ability to deliver business value through technology
• Proven track record of delivering business-focused results through cross-functional partnerships across a matrixed organization

The Associate Director, Omnichannel & Marketing Capabilities is a hybrid strategic and technical leader responsible for defining and building the marketing technology infrastructure that powers Galderma's US commercial business. This role acts as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, serving the four major US business units. This individual will lead the design and implementation of the technical roadmap, with a specific hands-on focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder to orchestrate complex customer experiences. This high-visibility role will partner closely with Omnichannel Leads, Brand Marketers, and IT to translate commercial vision into a functional reality, ensuring campaigns are data-informed, automated, and scalable.

Essential Functions:

Marketing Technology Roadmap & Solution Architecture

• Define and own the technical capability roadmap, translating high-level business requirements from Brand and Omnichannel Leads into specific technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between commercial business units and IT/Global Tech teams to prioritize and implement new platform features, connectors, and integrations.
• Design scalable solution frameworks that allow for \"build once, deploy many\" capabilities across the four Galderma business units to reduce duplication and technical debt.
• Evaluate and recommend new technical tools or plug-ins within the MarTech stack (e.g., SMS aggregators, webinar connectors) to support evolving campaign needs.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Operations & Execution:

• Serve as the hands-on technical administrator and architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, directly managing Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Build, test, and deploy complex, multi-step customer journeys, utilizing advanced logic (decision splits, engagement triggers) and scripting (AMPscript, SQL) to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee the end-to-end technical production process, including audience segmentation setup, email/SMS rendering QA, and final deployment scheduling.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the platform (e.g., API failures, data sync errors, email rendering issues) and resolve them rapidly to minimize business disruption.

Data Activation, CDP & Personalization:

• Lead the technical implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases, configuring data ingestion rules and identity resolution logic to create unified customer profiles.
• Develop and maintain the data schema and segmentation logic required to power \"Next Best Action\" and dynamic content personalization across channels.
• Ensure all campaigns are technically configured for accurate measurement from day one, implementing proper tracking tags, parameters, and feedback loops into the data warehouse.

Governance, Vendor Management & Enablement:

• Establish and enforce technical governance standards, including naming conventions, folder structures, and data privacy compliance (consent management/opt-outs) within the platforms.
• Manage the technical output of external development vendors and agencies, reviewing their code and configuration to ensure it meets Galderma's quality and security standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (playbooks, data dictionaries, process flows) to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.

Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital transformation.
• Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry is preferred, but not required; experience in highly regulated industries is a plus.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Proven experience building and managing a marketing technology roadmap and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience implementing or utilizing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium, Adobe) to drive segmentation and personalization.
• Strong understanding of HTML, AMPscript, and SQL basics for audience segmentation and content personalization.
• Demonstrated success in establishing a new capability or function within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Ability to lead through influence, bridging the gap between creative marketers and technical engineering/IT teams
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance guidelines, FDA regulations, and privacy standards (PRC process).

• ~10% travel.

About the Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170,000-$210,000.

In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance. Naval Power is seeking a highly motivated Production Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the SPY-6 Array production program’s Array Build, Integration & Testing. This position reports to the SPY-6 Production Array Program Manager and leads the execution efforts of the recurring production sell-off.  This lead will be responsible for ensuring that equipment delivery commitments are made on time and within budget, focusing on Array Build Integration & Testing, and RHS assembly builds, including Mechanical Structures & RMA Chassis material. They are responsible for removing barriers and defining solutions that support the Production IPT and program.

In addition, it is expected this person will work across all Raytheon functional organizations to staff the Production IPT and ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products in accordance with the contract(s).  

This is an onsite position located at either our Andover or Tewksbury, MA facilities.

What You Will Do

• Establish and maintain a positive culture to which top talent is attracted.

• Provide leadership and direction for the cross-functional supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, test, and logistics teams in the Production IPT with an emphasis on mitigating technical risk, assuring continuous Array production and delivery of compliant hardware to the Navy.

• Collaborate with SPY-6 Chief Engineer to provide technical oversight of Array scope to include reviews of TDP changes, planning and execution of Array Production Test & FAIs.

• Lead MLAs/RFVs/MRBs for Array build and integration issues.

• Work with Customer counterparts to understand status, schedules, priorities and objectives for events.

• Participate in management of suppliers, in coordination with the supply chain function.

• Developing presentations and presenting at program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.

• Support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
