As a senior principal engineer, you will build and own the platforms that our systems run on. You will build high scale, high throughput APIs to serve millions of customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the technical architecture and design of our business domains. The right candidate will have the technical aptitude to drive good technology choices through collaboration with empowered teams. Success in this role will be measured by the delivery of business critical results and impact to the engineering department. Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross functional projects across multiple teams impacting the success of the larger organization
  • Lead technical discussions, design/architect and implement solutions to scale
  • Support standard development practices across multiple teams, including idiomatic syntax, design patterns, and test driven development
  • Evangelize impactful improvements in our technologies
  • Scope, decompose, and organize projects for multiple teammates. Delegate tasks and coordinate teammates to bring those projects to completion with minimal oversight. Generate time estimates with reasonable accuracy to help determine project timelines.
  • Trace bugs across the entire software stack, including into the OS, libraries, virtual machine and compiler if necessary
  • Implement and monitor analytics to ensure the correctness of the business process
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications
  • Promote and support GoPuff Engineering's culture of inclusion and diversity.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years engineering experience with a proven track record as an engineer building scalable publicly facing web sites preferably in start-up environments or early stage companies
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • Proven experience in a senior engineering role with increasing responsibility
  • Experience leading technical discussions including evaluation and design of technical solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Need to effectively communicate strategy, technical direction, priorities and collaborate with other engineering leads.

We are seeking a Superintendent to join our Project Team during 2nd shift (2p-12a) on a large Federal Project that includes new construction and renovation, with full tenant interiors buildout, and high level of finishes. The Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors’ work. Position Overview

The Development Associate will report to the Director of Affordable Housing and play a lead role in the execution of affordable focused multifamily developments across the full real estate development lifecycle. The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure) is a technical leader responsible for the architecture, integration, and validation of advanced mechanical systems supporting hyperscale data center environments. This role requires deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies (single-phase and two-phase), hydronic system design, structural integration, and manufacturable rack-level infrastructure solutions.

This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. Partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective Data Center Infrastructure solutions while advancing innovation in liquid cooling performance.

What will you do?

- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.

- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.

- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.

- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.

- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.

- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.

- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).
