Raytheon is seeking a talented Senior Principal System Security Engineering (SSE) Program Lead - P5. This individual will be responsible for program execution, leading an SSE team, and providing guidance to program-level systems/software/hardware architects. This person will also serve as a direct interface during important reviews, briefings, and technical exchange/demos. Communication and collaboration with the customer as well as with other engineering disciplines is required to ensure the program-level chief engineers and architectures support the program's needs. The person in this role will lead the analysis of SSE issues that directly affect the system. The successful candidate will have a security conscious approach to take into consideration the systems level effect to resolving complex programs and the ability to convince leadership that the proposed solution is best for the mission (including program cost, schedule, and technical). The individual will work with the program and customer in the development of the system, providing strategic input and planning for the system, applications, architecture, and design in a dynamic, agile development environment. The individual will assist in the tracking of key roadmaps and deliverables. This is an onsite position at Raytheon in Tucson, AZ.

What You Will Do

• Performing Task Lead duties (e.g., task planning, product owner, scrum master)

• Implement SSE solutions into RTX products

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience in System Security Engineering, computer technology reverse engineering, AT, cybersecurity or embedded security

• Experience designing, implementing, testing and fielding real-time embedded security-oriented solutions on Department of Defense (DoD) programs with secure systems technologies, methodologies, policies and guidelines

• Experience generating security (AT and/or program protection) requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans and/or policies

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team within the Specialty Engineering Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing advanced windows application solutions for all Raytheon products. • Responsible for all aspects of fabrication including part/machine setup, safe equipment operation, part inspection, managing their workload, supporting customers’ schedules, delegating, and coordinating work when required

What You Will Do

The Effectors Center in the Systems Integration and Test Directorate (SE&TC) are currently hiring a Test Architect Engineer responsible for the test strategy and architecture in support of the Sub Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) Air Dominance portfolio of programs. This leader will develop, maintain and ensure the Test Equipment (TE) development plan is achievable. Role will be the focal point to ensure a test strategy is optimized to meet program end-goal objectives. The role requires critical interaction/event planning with the Chief Engineers, Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Test Architect, software teams, Program Managers, and SE&TC test teams with a focus on test processes, embedded test, factory operations, and other functions. You will Identify and understand technology risks and Raytheon system design concepts supportive of incremental technical maturity/risk mitigation assessments and use your experiences to architect TE events and environments which efficiently and effectively utilize models, simulations, test beds, prototypes, and full-scale Engineering Development Models (EDMs) to satisfy development and environmental/qualification objectives and to satisfy an appropriate affordable solution for production.

You will assess technology risks and Raytheon system designs to support technical maturity and risk mitigation, using your expertise to design TE events that efficiently leverage models, simulations, prototypes, and EDMs to meet development, qualification, and cost-effective production goals.

This is a Program direct-support position and requires a technical understanding of piece part electronic components and their assembly level applications.  This candidate will transition into a key leadership position in the supporting program Obsolescence Integrated Product Team and will drive issue resolution for situations involving obsolescence.  

The selected candidate will perform and/or assist in the performance of Parts Engineering, Components Engineering or Applications Engineering tasks supporting programs in the Proposal, System Design Description, Low Rate Initial Production, Production and Support phases. Position will require day to day interface with Designers, Contracts, Estimating, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other disciplines.

What You Will Do: 

• Understand and/or generate a program statement of work (SOW) and other defined customer component application requirements. 

• Develop and/or sustain a proactive Obsolescence Management process to deliver cost saving obsolescence mitigation strategies and solutions. 

• Drive resolution through support or execution of lifetime buys, selections of alternate parts, redesign efforts or other mitigation strategies and will facilitate and support contract negotiations, basis of estimates, and supplier statements of work for proposal efforts. 

• Interact with Program and customer leadership on a regular basis to communicate status of mitigation strategies. 

• Conduct trade study analysis help identify cost effective obsolescence driven cut in points for proposed unit redesigns.

Qualifications You Must Have:  

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience with any combination of the following:

• Experience with proactive and reactive component obsolescence management methodologies. 

• Experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation skills to adequately discuss system impact of component obsolescence issues. 

• Experience with project management working with schedules, costs, and integration of stakeholder needs throughout the obsolescence process. 

• Financial and Contract Management experience with proposals, BOE, EVMs, SOWs, CLINs and CDRLs. 

• Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) development and management for developmental and production programs. 

• Risk and Opportunity business case analysis experience supporting sustainment vs redesign cut in decisions. 

Qualifications We Prefer:  

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related science or engineering discipline 

• Ability to navigate multiple complex processes and tools. 

• Understanding of the application of technical theories and concepts as they apply to electronic components and the parts management field.

The Clinical Affairs Manager will provide clinical expertise, insight, and support to clinical end-users, clinical sales specialists, sales team, Regulatory, Engineering, marketing, and other corporate departments on safe and effective use of the Teleflex Medical product portfolio with primary emphasis on the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise. This position will support the appropriate clinical application of the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise via didactic, web-based, and teleconference education, and understanding of these products and best practices. Clinical support will be provided to physicians, nurses, techs, etc., to include support for live cases/proctorships in the therapeutic areas related to focus products.
