Who are we looking for?

The Director, Enterprise Fraud Strategy & Investigations leads the enterprise-wide fraud prevention and detection strategy across all life insurance products and services. This senior leader will design, implement, and oversee a best-in-class fraud program that ensures regulatory compliance, protects company assets, and preserves stakeholder trust. The Director will partner cross-functionally to influence organizational strategy, drive innovation in fraud analytics, and lead high-impact investigations involving complex financial fraud, insurance fraud, and identity theft.

How will you contribute?

• Develop and oversee the enterprise fraud program including policies, procedures, and governance structures.
• Define the vision, roadmap, and performance metrics for fraud prevention and detection capabilities.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations, industry best practices, and enterprise risk appetite.

• Lead and mentor a team of investigators, analysts, and program managers.
• Build a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear goals and performance indicators to drive individual and team success.

• Oversee complex and sensitive investigations related to claims misrepresentation, application fraud, identity theft, and internal fraud.
• Direct case prioritization, resource allocation, and escalation strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, and Law Enforcement to ensure appropriate resolution and reporting.

• Lead efforts to evaluate, implement, and optimize advanced fraud detection tools (e.g., AI/ML, behavioral analytics, case management systems).
• Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting for executive leadership and board-level committees.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous innovation.

• Serve as the company's subject matter expert and external liaison to NICB, IASIU, regulators, and industry task forces.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and Technology to drive alignment on fraud controls.
• Represent the organization in regulatory reviews, audits, and legal proceedings as required.

• Oversee the design and delivery of fraud prevention training programs across the enterprise.
• Promote organizational awareness through internal communications, campaigns, and leadership engagement.

What do you offer?

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Insurance, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive fraud investigation experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within the life insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, the policy lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks.
• Certifications strongly preferred (e.g., CFE, FCLS, AHFI).
• Experience managing sensitive investigations, preparing executive-level reports, and testifying in legal/regulatory proceedings.
• Expertise in fraud detection platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., SAS, i2 Analyst Notebook, FRISS).

If you are considering becoming a surrogate, it is important to understand both the medical process and the emotional journey involved. Our team ensures you are fully informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience.

Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Between 21–39 years old
• U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
• Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
• No more than two (2) C-sections
• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively engage ideal prospects through targeted cold-calling campaigns. Maintain momentum by following up with prospects who aren’t ready to commit but express future interest—using scheduled callbacks and personalized email outreach to keep them engaged and warm.
• Appointment Setting: Secure FTAs for our Outside Sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and interactions in our CRM system. Ensure timely follow-up with warm leads and consistent reporting.
• Call List Management: Generate and manage call lists from CRM tools.
• Script Optimization: Work from proven scripts and adapt them to your style for maximum impact.
• Collaboration: Provide detailed notes and context to Outside Sales for seamless handoff.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6-months or more prior success in lead generation, business development, or sales roles—preferably in IT services, technical support, or technology retail.
• Communication Skills: Clear, concise English, active listening, and the ability to engage prospects positively and persistently.
• Attitude: an energetic and upbeat positive attitude is a must
• Resilience: Skilled at handling objections and turning “no” into “yes.”
• Organization: Strong attention to detail, disciplined in following processes, and excellent note-taking skills.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methods, and Microsoft Excel.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts is a big plus. Terms like EDR, MDR, XDR, SIEM, SOC, Penetration Testing, MFA, Ransomware, and Disaster Recovery should not be foreign to you.

• On Target Earnings (OTE) of $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
