We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team! You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, teach, and deliver therapy interventions and treatment directed by the Physician as established in the home health plan of care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, receiving and providing pertinent updates to optimize patient well-being.
Full-time visits needed Monday - Friday

Requirements:

What will you do?

- Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
- Possess a valid Florida Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with the "P" Endorsement required.
- Minimum 2 years' driving experience, driving a 26,000-pound vehicle or greater required.
- Requires successfully passing background check, drug screening and a 3-part physical.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to remain sitting and standing for the entire length of shift.
- Requires work outdoors and on coaches with the presence of fumes, dust, and noise.
