We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support day-to-day manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This role requires hands-on involvement in manufacturing processes, equipment qualification, validation activities, and continuous process improvements within a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and production activities on the manufacturing floor.
- Assist with equipment qualification and validation activities to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Update and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Perform data collection and analysis to support manufacturing operations and process improvements.
- Investigate and document non-conformance issues, deviations, and support corrective actions.
- Assist with process improvements and documentation updates to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom procedures and regulated manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience after graduation (internships or co-ops will not be considered).
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, automotive, or aerospace.
- Familiarity with equipment qualification, validation, documentation, and non-conformance handling.
- Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
