J4 Commercial Services is seeking an experienced Air Compressor Service Technician with hands-on expertise in Rotary Screw and Reciprocating air compressors .
Experience with Rotary Vane, Scroll Compressors, Medical Air, or Vacuum Pumps is a major plus! Sign-On Bonus: We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for technicians with a minimum of 2 years' experience in air compressor service and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do: Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

Communicate clearly with customers and our back office regarding job status, parts needed, and follow-up visits.
Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
Manage a dynamic schedule within your assigned territory.
Travel frequently (50% expected); most weekends are spent at home, and extended trips rarely exceed two weeks.
What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience in servicing air compressors (preferred).
Familiarity with rotary vane, scroll compressors, medical air, or vacuum systems is highly valued.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and test equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills with both electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A willingness to travel.
Experience in facilities maintenance or similar industries is a plus-but we're willing to train the right candidate.

We need someone who understands not just how things should look, but how they should feel — someone who can turn a functional flow into an intuitive, delightful experience that builds lasting habits.
The Role
As our UI/UX Designer & Specialist, you'll work directly with our product and engineering teams to own the end-to-end user experience of the MenuFit app. You'll shape everything from onboarding flows and feature design to our overall visual design system — and you'll be the internal spokes person for the user at every step.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience on a consumer mobile app (iOS and/or Android)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking alongside beautiful visual execution
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, gestures, and platform conventions (iOS/Android)
- Ability to translate user insights and data into clear, actionable design decisions
- Strong grasp of user flows, onboarding, and retention-driving UX patterns
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where designs go from concept to shipped quickly
- Strong communication skills — ability to defend design decisions in relation to UX/UI design principles
Bonus Points:
- Experience designing for health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle apps
- Familiarity with habit-forming design and behavioral psychology principles
- Experience building and maintaining a scalable design system from scratch

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated National Operations Manager with jewelry and /or luxury watch or pawnshop management experience to oversee all departments and daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, performance, and profitability. You will supervise and coordinate a team of 22 employees across: Jewelry and Watch Repair Workshop, Shipping and Logistics, Showroom, Online & Phone Sales, Catalog, Website, Marketing and Accounting Departments. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff. Understanding of asset evaluation, risk assessment, retail sales, consignment, and pawn activities is highly desirable. Strong analytical and math skills are required and will be tested.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and quality.. Drive performance, productivity, and teamwork among all employees. Manage workflow between in-house teams (sales, marketing, repairs, shipping, etc.). Engage directly with high-value clients and vendors, ensuring premium service at every touchpoint. Uphold and strengthen the company’s reputation for excellence and trust.
Requirements
- Proven track record in operations management in the luxury retail of jewelry, the luxury watch industry or pawnshop management. Strong leadership and team management skills; able to motivate and develop staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual – English and Spanish required; additional languages a plus. Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous positions. Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on management style. College Degree.
