Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. What You Will Do:
- Once properly trained and/or certified, perform specific tasks including but not limited to, soldering, hardware installation, post coating.
- Under close supervision, inspects own work performed to ensure a quality product which conforms to workmanship standards, engineering requirements and design specifications.
- Perform in accordance with productivity expectations to meet customer deadlines.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of Raytheon Technologies, including, but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, and attendance requirements.
- Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events, as required.
- Participate in audits.
- Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications and complete trainings as required.
- Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates.
- Complete assigned tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
- Must be able to pass a soldering assessment after training course provided.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires HS Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
