Job Description Our Machine Operators are starting at $19.50/hour.
Additionally, this position is eligible for shift differential based on hours worked.
Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry transactions within MRP system along with accurately recording information on the Discrete job to ensure material traceability/accountability Reads and interprets a variety of work schedules, Kanban, Discrete job, bill of materials, pick lists, drawings and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) Operation of various equipment while achieving quality standards, a production plan and cost objectives.
Perform machine changeovers Perform minor adjustments and perform troubleshooting logic to maintain part specifications and conducts all operations within guidelines of the SOP's and operational codes Assist in the PM of assigned machinery Independently start up and operate equipment as per applicable procedures Recognize technical problems that require assistance from machine shop/engineering and request support as needed Provide feedback on processes and machine performance to engineering and manufacturing management Provide training to other machine operators as requested Continually review procedures for clarity, completeness and correctness.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager (Municipal) partners directly with municipalities across Upstate New York and Vermont to deliver high-quality construction solutions that meet community infrastructure needs. This role manages projects from initial client engagement and estimating through planning, execution, and final delivery.
The Project Manager collaborates closely with materials operations, superintendents, estimators, and equipment managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Peckham’s products, services, and capabilities in order to develop effective paving solutions and maintain long-term municipal partnerships.

- 3–7 years of construction project management experience, preferably in paving or heavy civil construction. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required; equivalent industry experience, training, or technical knowledge will be considered.
- Experience with Project scheduling and coordination of crews, equipment, trucking, materials, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
- Experience with DOT, municipal, or roadway construction projects and compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Working knowledge of construction practices related to Hot Mix Asphalt, Concrete, and Aggregates
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

- Experience or willingness to learn estimating, budgeting, job cost tracking, and change order management

POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for the project planning, organization and execution of Medical Device Development Projects. The position will focus on managing timelines, risks, and deliverables for cross-functional medical device improvement projects that are essential to maintaining Delcath’s product line and meeting Delcath’s business objectives. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Program Management for Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Project managers at Delcath provide essential support by acting as a central hub for project information and communication across the project team. They organize, track and guide projects to deliver on time and ensure overall success.
- Support development projects by implementing Delcath project management tools and templates; work with the team to ensure the tools are regularly updated with accurate information.
- Manage team meetings by establishing discussion topics, gathering meeting materials, facilitating discussions, and documenting meeting outcomes.
- Ensure project success by communicating project information across the project teams. When necessary, assist the supervisor in communicating project information vertically within the organization. This will often include preparing dashboards, Gantt charts for meetings, and status updates.
- Work collaboratively within the Program Management department to periodically evaluate projects assigned and determine the appropriate tools and templates to implement to ensure project success.

QUALIFICATIONS
