We are currently looking for a talented Taxi Crane Operator to operate our fleet of taxi cranes. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating the crane to lift, move, and position materials and equipment at job sites. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be a part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate taxi cranes to lift and move materials and equipment on construction sites, industrial facilities, and other locations as needed.
- Interpret load charts and work orders to determine the appropriate crane configuration and lifting procedures for each job.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of the crane to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any defects or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Safely rig loads and attach them to the crane using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals, radio communication, or other means to coordinate crane movements.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the crane, such as lubrication and minor repairs, to keep it in optimal working condition.

- Must have valid NCCCO certification.

- Proficiency in creating and executing critical lift plans in the field.
