Ensure control of supplier nonconforming items, conducts analyses and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.

Basic Required Qualifications: 1) STEM degree at bachelor's level or higher in one of the following disciplines: Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, OR equivalent experience/combined education.
2) Quality engineering experience in developing and reviewing quality requirements, standards, procedures, methods, work instructions, and control plans.
3) Experience performing Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D/PFMEA).
4) Demonstrated understanding of procedure compliance assessment, process audit, and product audit techniques.
5) Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and industry standards.
6) Understanding of inspection methods for electronic circuit cards and electro-mechanical assemblies.
7) Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming product (Material Review Board).
8) Experience leading cross-functional teams for root cause investigation, corrective action, and preventive action using tools like 8D, 5-Why, Fault Tree, PFD, FMEA, Standard Work, Control Plans, etc… and ability to collaboratively solve problems for improving design process, manufacturing process, and business process.

- Project Support: Will support Project Managers and other engineers in project activities including, but not limited to the following.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opening for a highly-skilled and experienced Civil Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze survey reports, maps, plans, and other relevant information for project planning
- Oversee survey operations for construction, develop site grading and drainage plans
- Oversee SWPPP implementation and maintenance in accordance with regulations
- Check and reconcile drawings with field survey control points, ensure elevations, rebar placement, top of concrete, foundation location matches the drawings before concrete is ordered
- Submitting permit applications for projects with multiple regulations to appropriate local, state and federal agencies

The Senior Director of Warehousing & Assembly is a network-wide operations leader responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of:

Position Summary
The Senior Director of Supply Chain is responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of all end-to-end supply chain functions including:
- Logistics and Transportation
- Purchasing and Supplier Management
- Inventory Control and Optimization
- Quality Across the Global Supply Chain
This leader ensures alignment across Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Talent while driving standardized processes, strong financial performance, and best-in-class customer service across the enterprise. The role functions as a change agent and senior leadership partner, leading cross-functional initiatives that support company growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership across global logistics, transportation, inventory, and quality functions.
- Lead and develop functional teams.
- Serve as escalation point for supply chain and service performance risks.
- Align supply chain strategy with company growth, product roadmap, and customer service objectives.
Logistics & Transportation Strategy
- Direct and optimize global inbound freight, domestic distribution, and outbound customer shipments.
- Oversee carrier strategy, contract negotiations, and freight cost optimization across all modes (parcel, LTL, TL, OTR, ocean).
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, tariffs, and customs documentation.
- Lead logistics planning for DC start-ups, network expansions, and growth initiatives.
- Develop and manage freight budgets, cost controls, and variance reporting processes.
Purchasing & Supplier Strategy
- Develop and execute enterprise purchasing strategies aligned to cost, service, and inventory targets.
- Lead supplier relationship management, negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Product Management and Sales to align buying strategies with demand and product lifecycle planning.
- Monitor demand forecasts, market trends, and supply risks to support business continuity.
- Lead and develop purchasing teams and vendor performance programs.
Inventory & Network Optimization
- Establish network inventory strategy including safety stock models, turns improvement, and working capital optimization.
- Drive network balancing strategies across distribution centers.
- Implement systems, analytics, and reporting tools to improve inventory visibility and accuracy.
- Partner with Finance to optimize inventory investment and cost structure.
Quality & Supply Chain Integrity
- Lead enterprise quality strategy across suppliers, internal operations, and customer delivery.
- Oversee supplier quality performance, defect reduction programs, and cost recovery processes.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective action using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Partner with Product Management, Purchasing, and Operations to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Establish quality metrics, reporting, and governance processes.
Financial & Performance Accountability
- Own supply chain operating budgets including freight, inventory, procurement, and network costs
- Establish enterprise KPI scorecards covering:

- Identify performance gaps and lead corrective action with urgency and accountability.
Scope
- Manages all carrier relationships and negotiations
- Responsible for all transportation (LTL, TL, Parcel, Ocean Freight, Intermodal, Drayage, Customs)

Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years progressive leadership experience across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations.
- 5+ years leading global end-to-end supply chain.
- Strong background in carrier negotiations, inbound ocean freight, and domestic distribution.
- Demonstrated success leading Demand Planning and SIOP
- Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies preferred.
- Proven success managing large budgets and cost optimization programs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree, preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer Supply Chain Management. Duties include:
- sourcing
- bid solicitation
- quote leveling
- vendor coordination
- working with Purchasing to negotiate final pricing
- managing supplier relationships to ensure that project equipment/materials delivered on budget and schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Support: Will support Project Managers and other engineers in project activities including, but not limited to the following:
- Purchase of equipment, including preparation of bid packages, acquisition of quotations and bids, preparation of purchase order documents, tracking orders and processing the invoices.
- Project accounting. Will maintain the accounting records for multiples projects and prepare reports as needed. Will interface with the accounting department.
- Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules, Gantt charts, and departmental calendars.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects under direction of project managers.
- Assist in the development of project cost estimates.
- Engineering Departmental Support: Will support activities and projects to maintain efficient operation and continued improvement of the engineering department. These include, but not limited to the following:
- Evaluation of software packages for process, safety, document control or project management.
- Document management for the department.
- Preparation of technical white papers or other documents.
- Work with management, engineers, and customers to develop new standards for production.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Contract Negotiation: Work with Purchasing to negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best prices and terms for the organization.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing strategies. This helps in making informed procurement decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured goods and services meet specifications and quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with Project Coordinators set and maintain budget line items, ensuring that all purchasing activities align with approved budgets.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with others in the Projects Group.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to assess spending patterns, identify savings opportunities, and optimize procurement processes.
- Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with organizational policies and relevant laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with preference to chemical, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Work Experience:
- 1-3 years Project or process engineering experience.
- Management of small projects 4-6 years.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Stainless steel fabrication estimating experience desired.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform procurement decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers and collaborating with internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with equipment and materials required for industrial gas plant construction.
- Project Engineering: Will support technical and construction activities and necessary for project completion. These activities include, but not limited to the following:
- Conduct technical inspections of all components built for the project.
- Field verification of P&IDs and redlining/correction as required.
- Pressure testing of equipment and systems. Dry down of equipment and systems.
- Troubleshooting of systems and assisting in start-up activities.
- Development of operating procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of the Process Hazards Assessment as required during project planning.
- Be responsible for ensuring that the project is managed in a safe and professional manner and that it is undertaken in compliance with all relevant SHE requirements.
- Participate in small improvement projects (SIP) and Lean/Six Sigma projects.
