The Opportunity

MassMutual Investment Management (IM) seeks a seasoned investment management and operations professional to lead the investment performance function for MassMutual’s General Investment Account (GIA). This role reports to the Head of Manager Oversight and will:

  • Design, and oversee implementation of models, policies, and procedures for a best-in-class performance and attribution reporting function.
  • Help drive strategy and execution of investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting programs supporting MassMutual’s Board, CIO, and other key stakeholders.
  • Help shape market commentary and attribution narratives for internal and external stakeholders, including affiliate managers and GPs.
  • Complete the feedback loop for MassMutual Investment Management in the performance space by collaborating with teams supporting product profitability analysis and PMs managing ALM and capital allocation decisions.

The Team

The Manager Oversight team is part of IM’s Strategy and Governance organization, reporting to MassMutual’s CIO. The team oversees IM’s asset manager relationships and functions, including manager operational due diligence, investment mandate onboarding & lifecycle management, and investment performance. Adjacent teams handle business strategy and planning, vendor oversight, investment compliance, and investment reporting for MassMutual’s Board & Investment Committee.

The Impact and Key Responsibilities:

Lead MassMutual’s investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting function for a $250B+ General Investment Account (GIA). In this role you will be on the starting line to help influence, design and implement a state-of-the-art performance measurement and attribution capability. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, influence, executive visibility, and the opportunity to transform performance analytics and attribution capabilities for a prestigious insurance company.

  • Evolve existing practices and refresh methodologies, assumptions, and models to introduce new and industry best practice approaches for presenting performance across products, asset classes, and instruments.
  • Lead strategic platform rationalization and evaluate performance engines to enhance analytics.
  • Provide technical expertise in portfolio management, finance, capital markets, and investment performance reporting, guiding decisions to align with market standards.
  • Contribute to portfolio reporting and attribution by applying experience across asset classes and investment strategies, ensuring liability-driven investment strategies and ALM models are accurately derived and validated.
  • Collaborate directly with portfolio managers and lead teams to achieve strategic alignment across functions, simplifying complex income and return objectives under liability constraints while maintaining precision and accuracy in reporting.
  • Manage the evolution of the program to maximize total-portfolio view and coverage for GIA reporting, expanding capabilities important to investment team members.
  • Help develop a long-term roadmap to unlock value and greater ROI for the Performance program, including performance monitoring as a compensating control for financial reporting.
  • Help drive the development of reporting standards for leadership and Board materials, framing investment successes, market impacts, and risk-adjusted performance drivers.
  • Help with the design of data integration between IBOR/ABOR systems and performance engines to optimize data validation, reporting efficiency, and portfolio transparency.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to align performance reporting with insurance industry practices, NAIC classifications, and risk-based capital requirements, ensuring compliance and strategic flexibility.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO and Senior Leadership Team, influencing investment strategy communication and Board-level reporting.

The Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance-Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years in investment management with progressive experience focusing on performance measurement, attribution, and reporting.
  • 5+ years in leading teams and/or investment strategy and decision-making for an asset owner, allocator or investment advisor, in a role focused on: investment performance, attribution and analysis; portfolio management; product management or research; portfolio strategy or securities research [investment selection].
  • Experience with liability-driven investment strategies, including ALM frameworks, duration matching, and immunization techniques.
  • Experience designing, building, and calibrating investment return, valuation, or risk models for capital allocation in multi-asset portfolios.
  • Advanced Excel and quantitative modeling; familiarity with GIPS® standards and compliance; strong understanding of risk-adjusted return metrics (TWR, IRR, Brinson attribution, factor attribution).
  • Ability to integrate cash flow projections and liability schedules into performance analytics; can source index and reported market yields or returns as benchmarks, model, select “best-fit,” and defend rationale in Q&A with investment professionals.
  • Deep knowledge of fixed income, structured credit, private credit, and alternative investments; understanding of insurance asset management and regulatory frameworks; working knowledge of NAIC and statutory accounting preferred.
  • Expertise in designing attribution models that incorporate liability benchmarks; ability to optimize portfolios for duration and convexity matching; strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across investment, actuarial, and risk teams.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with peers and key partners throughout the organization and in their external, professional networks.

Familiar with full spectrum of geographic and credit risk demographics: IG, HY, and Distressed; NA, EMEA, APAC; Developed or Emerging Markets.

The Ideal Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in STEM, Finance, Quantitative Analytics, or MBA; CPA or actuarial credentials for ALM depth a plus.
  • CFA, CIPM or equivalent designation strongly preferred; CAIA or FRM a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®); experience managing GIPS verification and composite construction for liability-driven portfolios.
  • Proven ability to implement automation for performance and ALM reporting; experience with data governance and integration of liability projections into performance dashboards.
  • Experience configuring, and testing platforms integrated across the investment ecosystem, such as Performance Engines (SS&C Advent Geneva/APX, Eagle Performance, Clearwater Analytics), Portfolio Management and IBOR Platforms (BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Charles River IMS), ALM & LDI Tools (Bloomberg PORT, proprietary actuarial systems, Beacon), and Instrument Cashflow and CP-Credit Risk Modeling Services (Intex, Moody’s, S&P).
  • Experience implementing BlackRock PBOR

Description

The Production Planner will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of raw materials, jobs & operations (in house and outside) within an ERP environment and on the shop floor. This role will be responsible for ERP data integrity as well as the flow of the jobs throughout the manufacturing process.



Planner will also be required to achieve high level of customer product delivery (ship to commit) integrity while keeping minimum inventory level of finished goods and WIP.



Key responsibilities - other duties may be assigned:




  • Monitor MRP signals (Material buys, job release dates, overdue/exception notices).
  • Review MPS/MRP and customer's online portals for demand forecast while maintaining Min/Max levels.
  • Review material and outside vendor (OSV) processing requirements.
  • Create, release and maintain material requisitions and jobs to meet customer demand.
  • Submit and track status of Material and OSV requisitions; confirm PO creation.
  • Create and release work orders; maintain work order accuracy (Engineering Changes (ECs), process changes, reprints, etc.).
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, sales, purchasing & shipping/receiving to expedite the flow of work orders.
  • Monitor and take immediate reschedule action in case of customer demand changes (push-out or pull-ins).
  • Audit and maintain ERP system inventory data for accuracy, including cycle count program.
  • Work with operations team to analyze work center load/capacity and schedule work accordingly.
  • Provide monthly/weekly delivery commitments and ensure 100% commit integrity.
  • Monitor finished goods inventory, work in progress and reduce levels to satisfy the company's target metrics.
  • Execute inventory transactions from issuance of material to creation of finished goods shippers.
  • Achieve high level of customer Percent On Time Delivery (%OTD) performance and minimize overdue/past due orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:




  • Set-up and operate Horizontal and Vertical CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls according to engineering specifications, instructions, GD&T and operation sheets. Knowledge of manual machines is a plus.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures and tool holders for a given job.
  • Run similar jobs of short cycle times for extended periods of time where manufacturing processes are stable and do not require frequent change.
  • Read and interpret engineering instructions, travelers, and blueprints and be familiar with geometric tolerances and principles.
  • Operate more than one machine at a time, one to two machines depending on the nature of the job and its complexity, occasionally operating more than two machines depending on operator skill and familiarity with a given job.

  • Knowledgeable of in-process inspection techniques, standards, and requirements. Able to use and interpret precision measuring devices such as micrometers, verniers, and various hand tools, i.e., gauges to verify the accuracy of dimensional characteristics of components.
  • Knowledge of metal characteristics in a production setting is desirable.
  • Knowledge of programming code, canned cycles, threading & boring jaws and makes program edits.
  • Machinists must have good verbal and written communication skills; good math skills and good interpersonal skills. Must work well with colleagues, supervision and management.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection, documentation, and certification of critical components throughout the production process, including parts subject to flight safety requirements. This role ensures compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements through precise measurement and rigorous recordkeeping.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



Performs various inspection activities utilizing precision inspection equipment at all phases of product manufacturing. Uses GD&T concepts, customer supplied specifications, and internal standards, to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other regulatory requirements.




  • Read and understand complex engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications.
  • Compare recorded measurements to blueprint dimensions and tolerances and notify specified persons of discrepancies using NCF and MRB process
  • Familiarity with the use of various inspection and measurement equipment, i.e. CMM, FARO Arm, Borescope, Optical Comparator, etc. preferred

Position Overview
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.

Territory: 30-Mile Radius from our Sioux Falls branch

Schedule: Full Time visits Monday through Friday with weekend rotation.

What You’ll Do: 

- Provide and document skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans and physician orders 

- Perform patient assessments and create personalized care strategies that support recovery and independence 

- Educate patients and families on specific medications, symptom management and lifestyle changes to promote better patient outcomes and independence in the home

- Train and support caregivers to ensure safe and effective care at home 

- Deliver a broad range of hands-on care, including wound care, infusions, catheter care, pain management, medication management, vital signs, post-operative care, etc.

- Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes

- Active RN license in state of residence

Position Overview

Aveanna Healthcare has grown tremendously during the past year through a series of exciting acquisitions and we are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic home health care team. In this position, you make it possible for patients to recuperate from illness or injury in the comfort of their own home

Hours: Monday - Friday daytime hours, full-time.

Territory: Greater Fergus Falls, Greater Detroit Lakes, Greater Wadena areas

Essential Job Functions:

- Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength and current level of function.
- Responsible for administration, evaluation, and interpretation of tests and measurements to determine functional goals and outcomes.
- Provide a written evaluation and plan of care defining occupational therapy needs, goals, progress and expected outcomes.
- Delivery of occupational therapy services to comply with prescribed physician orders.
- Maintains plan of care by performing timely documentation of client performance, modifying goals and treatment as needed, and determine discharge care plans as appropriate.
- Responsible for discharge planning, including collaborating and educating the patient and his/her caretakers on home exercise plan to follow discharge.
- Participates in coordination of services with health care team, physicians, parent/guardians, nurses, etc.
- Documents according to policy and procedure and requires minimal supervision or instruction.
- Documents effectively resulting in no technical or clinical denials subsequent to review of documentation by payers
- Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members and family. Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff.
- Supervises other personnel (OTA, HHA) as applicable.
- Completes OASIS assessments where allowed by state professional practice and regulation.

Requirements:

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program.
- Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with policies and procedures

Preferred:

- Strong organization and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Proven relationship-builder
- Experience in Home Health Therapy and completion of OASIS documentation
