Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform assigned production tasks such as assembling, packing, weighing, inspecting, or handling products according to company standards.
  2. Follow all quality, safety, cGMP, and HACCP procedures at all times.
  3. Inspect products, materials, and containers to ensure specifications are met.
  4. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the shift.
  5. Notify Leads, Supervisors, or Maintenance of any mechanical issues, safety concerns, or production abnormalities.
  6. Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and breakdowns as directed.
  7. Accurately count, measure, or weigh products as required for the job assignment.
  8. Operate or assist with production equipment such as conveyors, box erectors, tape dispensers, flow wraps, or other tools.
  9. Remove completed or defective items and place them in designated areas.

Qualifications You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education.
