As a Customer Service Representative at Parker's Kitchen, you are the face of the company while you process each customer's order quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service. As a cashier, Parker's Kitchen looks to you to accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.         ○ Hold and maintain the Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through the NBSTSA

        ○ Completed surgical technology training through the U.S. Armed Forces or U.S. Public Health Service

        ○ Practiced as a surgical technologist in South Carolina prior to January 1, 2008

        ○ Serving as a surgical technologist in the federal government

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, concise, and accurate handoff communication during patient transfers, shift changes, and between care teams.
