Responsibilities:
Cook
– Handles various tasks such as prepping quality food products, presenting them in an attractive fashion based on prescribed company recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. This is a union position.
Prepare and cook food items in accordance to company standards.
Maintain a sanitary work area, adhering to all local and state health regulations.
Ensure a quick pace of service and uphold quality food standards following correct portion control.
Monitor and control safe food handling procedures, including: time/temperature control, sanitation, cross-contamination, product rotation, storage levels, and cooling procedures.
Cleaning of work area and kitchen, including: sweeping, mopping, deck scrubbing, sanitizing, emptying trash, deep cleaning equipment, and organizing.
Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving guests or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
Operate kitchen equipment in safe manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work collaboratively in team settings as well as working independently
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law

● Provide direct support to attorneys throughout all stages of civil litigation, from intake to resolution.
● Manage attorney calendars and case files, including scheduling appointments, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
● Handle litigation tasks such as discovery (including drafting medical summaries), trial preparation, and filing legal documents with courts.
● Draft, edit, and format various legal documents, including pleadings, notices, and correspondence.
● Professionally communicate with clients, coworkers, and court personnel via phone, email, and in person.
● Utilize case management software (CLIO), MS Office, and other web-based applications.
● Assist in the assessment and summarization of discovery documents to support case strategy and litigation preparation.
Qualifications: (Not accepting applicants who are students or practicing attorneys)
● A minimum of 5 years of legal support experience, preferably in a civil litigation firm.
● Knowledge of litigation processes and proficiency in drafting and filing legal documents.
● Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
