About the Role

A growing residential homebuilding organization is seeking a Residential Construction Design & Selections Manager to support semi-custom home projects. This role works directly with homebuyers to review structural modifications, design selections, and customization requests, ensuring all changes align with architectural plans and construction specifications.

The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction, blueprint review, and client-facing project coordination. This position plays a key role in bridging communication between homeowners, architects, and construction teams to ensure design requests are clearly documented and executed throughout the building process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homebuyers to review client selections, structural modification requests, and design customization options for semi-custom homes

• Attend site visits and inspections to better understand client requests and review completed site plans with homeowners

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Construction, Homebuilding, Construction Administration, or Design Coordination preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents

• Excellent communication skills when working with clients, contractors, and internal construction teams
• Knowledge of construction site operations, homebuilding processes, and structural modifications is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Perform all work adhering to OSHA, PA and DoT regulations, and H&K Safety policies
• Reviews job orders and observes and listens to equipment in operators/truck drivers/shop leaders to determine malfunction and to plan work procedures.
• Identify parts for repairs or replacement for all systems on equipment/trucks when needed.
• Examines protective guards, loose bolts and specified safety devices on equipment/trucks and makes adjustments.
• Dismantles equipment/trucks to examine parts for defect or to remove defective part.
• Replaces defective part with new part or repairs or reproduces part from various kinds of metal.
• Assembles and test operates machine or test drive trucks to verify correction of malfunction and to confirm that it meets manufactures specifications.
• Overhauls gas or diesel engines.
• Performs diagnostics through the use of computers and carious equipment.
• Performs front end inspection and alignments.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

P3+Uplift is partnering with a local insurance company to find a SQL-driven Data Analyst who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders to turn data questions into clear insights and reporting. This role is highly hands-on with SQL and data extraction, working across multiple data sources to support reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is both analytical and consultative—able to understand business needs, write efficient queries, and deliver clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to pull and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Partner with business teams to clarify questions, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards to support decision-making (Power BI preferred).
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Document data sources, definitions, and analysis logic to create repeatable, reliable reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, improve automation, and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Communicate findings and trends in clear, business-friendly language to stakeholders.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analysis projects, providing insights to guide business strategy.

5+ years experience:

• Strong SQL experience required with the ability to query and analyze large datasets.
• Experience working with data structures, relational databases, and multiple data sources.
• Experience with data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach with stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use (i.e., IV pumps, monitoring equipment, and drainage devices). Utilizes safeguards such as IV pump drug library and monitor alarms whenever available to maximize patient safety. 

• Initiates emergency support measures (i.e., cardiopulmonary resuscitation, protecting patient from injury). 

Schedule: 

• 36 hours/week

• 3, 12-hour shifts
