Requirements
Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
Physical from within three years
TB Skin Test (PPD)or TB Blood Test (QF)
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
Valid driver's license
G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
