What You’ll Do
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, and throughput
• Analyze equipment, systems, and workflows to reduce costs and increase quality
• Partner with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
• Support development of new methods to improve product quality and process capability
• Lead improvement projects from concept through execution, including cost estimates and resource planning
• Evaluate materials, equipment, and vendors to support project success
• Track project progress, report key metrics, and compare actual vs. estimated costs
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices
What You Bring
• 5–10 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with PLCs, machine tools, batch processing, and CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
• Strong Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement background
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to conduct time studies and troubleshoot production issues
• Knowledge of SAP and ISO‑9000 is a plus

Qualifications:
- Master's degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Hearing Science.

Ultrasound Technologist Roles and Responsibilities:
- To perform various ultrasound procedures, including education and preparation of the patient and operation of ultrasound equipment.
- To perform general and vascular ultrasound procedures, as well as portable ultrasound exams in the operating room or special care areas within the hospital and at outpatient centers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound technology program (or if candidate was grandfathered for certification prior to 2010).
- Registered in both General and Vascular Sonography by ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI (or obtain both within 12 months of hire).
- Ongoing participation in continuing education.
- Considerable skill in performing various ultrasound studies, i.e., abdominal, OB, GYN in addition to vascular.
