Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Bangor, ME. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day clerical tasks, ensure smooth office operations, answer phone calls with professionalism, and maintain communication with clients and team members.

We are seeking an organized, professional, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently multitask, and is able to pivot quickly as priorities shift throughout the day.

The right candidate will have excellent people skills, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to complete tasks with minimal oversight. Initiative is essential in this position, and those who are proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented will be especially successful.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support daily office operations

• Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and document management
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using office technology and software tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
