We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Services Manager to lead environmental compliance and consulting services focused on stormwater management and air quality regulations. This role supports State, Local, Education (SLED), and Federal clients, delivering high‐quality environmental programs that ensure regulatory compliance, operational sustainability, and risk mitigation.
The Environmental Services Manager will oversee environmental compliance programs, manage and mentor technical teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities:
Environmental Compliance & Program Management

Contact Center Modernization – Organizational Design Consultant
A large U.S. health agency is modernizing its contact centers to improve 24/7 virtual access to high-quality care. Advisory and implementation services are being provided to support this effort and facilitate large-scale adoption.
Role Overview
The Org Design Consultant is responsible for supporting the development of the target organizational design for the modernized contact center, including the design and implementation of future-state organizational structures, governance frameworks, reporting lines, and decision-making rights. The consultant will also contribute to key organization design activities, including clarifying roles, accountabilities, and ownership within the new organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and documentation of current and target-state organizational structures, ensuring comprehensive org charts, roles/responsibilities matrices, and governance models.
- Synthesize and communicate insights from org design activities, including workforce mapping, gap analysis, and structure optimization, through presentations, status reports, and analysis delivered to VA leadership and project collaborators.

Key Responsibilities: Participate in and lead various phases of architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with in-house disciplines and external consultants.
Manage project scope, budget, and schedule under the guidance of senior architects or project managers.
Contribute to project design through sketches, 3D modeling, and development of creative, practical solutions.
Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct code analysis, material research, and specification writing.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Support business development activities through proposal input and project presentations, as needed.
Participate in project-related travel within the region (within 400 miles), with occasional international travel as needed.
Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance required.
Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design required (Bachelor or Master of Architecture).
5-10 years of relevant experience required.

Substantial experience in construction documentation and building detailing required.

About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Program Associate to provide administrative and logistical support for health program activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in program management and health equity. You will gain hands-on experience in event coordination, research projects, and cross-sector partnerships.
You will work closely with the Senior Health Program Manager and Programs Director to implement initiatives such as the Cancer Caregiving Collaborative and Caregiver Inclusion Value Initiative, as well as other projects that advance NAC’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
- Assist in developing and tracking project workplans, timelines, and performance measures to meet project goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate planning and execution of partner engagements, meetings, events, and hybrid activities.
- Assess program progress and translate key learnings into clear and engaging reports and presentations. Conduct research and analyze data to inform team and program decisions.
- Work alongside Senior Health Manager and Programs Director to ensure that project aligns with organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and tools used in program coordination and implementation.
- Help strengthen the project’s structure and practices to promote health equity and ensure decision-making processes center caregivers.
Partnership Support:
- Maintain and update partnership assets (presentation decks, newsletters, one-sheets, project webpages).
- Prepare materials for external meetings and presentations in collaboration with Communications and Events teams.
Communication and Outreach:
- Develop content for internal and external audiences, including partners and funders.
- Manage, maintain and update partnership assets, including presentation decks, project handouts, and project webpages.
Funder Reporting and Grant Compliance:
- Support data collection and documentation for funder reports as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records that contribute to grant compliance and reporting requirements.

Knowledge & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, health policy, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or administrative roles within public health, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
- Candidates in this position must be highly motivated, capable of self-directed work, flexible, and committed to continuous learning and growing in support of team and caregiving.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and follow through with multiple tasks while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.

Job Description
- Represent clients in criminal matters in local, state, and federal courts
- Manage cases from arraignment through resolution, including investigation, motions practice, plea negotiations, and trial
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other case-related filings
