We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage on-site field operations across multiple project locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on coordination with subcontractors, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel.
• Enforce all company and OSHA safety policies; ensure a clean and safe jobsite.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines.
• Conduct daily reports, documentation, and communication with the project management team.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Participate in project meetings, site walkthroughs, and inspections.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to keep projects moving forward.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial or industrial preferred).
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must be willing and able to travel nationwide for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ground-up, remodel, or tenant improvement projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, BuilderTrend, etc.).
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
• No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
• No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
• Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
• Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
• Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
• Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000
  (First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement 
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)

Role: Healthcare EDI Developer

Summary

We are expanding our Encounter Development team and seeking a Healthcare EDI Developer to support enterprise encounter reporting through timely, accurate generation and submission of 837D X12 encounter files.

Job Responsibilities

· Execute recurring operational tasks to generate encounter data files; monitor daily production jobs, troubleshoot issues, and drive error investigation through resolution.

· Design, build, and maintain X12 EDI 837 encounter processing workflows.

· Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA and X12 standards, including state- and client-specific implementation guides.

· Perform unit, integration, and regression testing for EDI processes and related data flows.

· Interpret and reconcile 999, 277, 835, and custom state/client response files associated with encounter submissions.

· Develop and maintain data mappings between internal application data models and EDI segments/loops.

· Implement corrective actions to remediate defects and reduce or eliminate repeat issues.

· Partner with external clients and internal operational teams on new client implementations and changes to existing submissions.

· Create and execute EDI test plans and provide clear, timely status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Experience and Qualifications

· 3+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, Dental preferred

· 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably supporting healthcare EDI.

· 1+ years of experience developing post-adjudication X12 837 files (required).

· 1+ years of SQL experience.

· Working knowledge of HIPAA X12 standards, specifically the 837 claim/encounter transaction.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze client needs and accurately document processes.

· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

· Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator is preferred.

Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will:

• Provide dental prophylaxis services, including, cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Identify potential concerns during initial examination and communicate findings to the dentist
• Apply topical fluoride, medicants, antiseptic rinses, and sealants as prescribed or treatment planned
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, dental care, and healthy habits
• Prepare patients fox-rays and take, expose, develop, and mount x-ray films
• Assist with rooming emergency patients as needed
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain dental and x-ray equipment
• Administer local anesthesia
• Support a safe, compliant, and patient-centered care environment
