  • Perform quantity take-offs and analyze labor, material, and time requirements
  • Work with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing
  • Review drawings, specs, and project documents to develop complete scopes
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction
  • Help track and manage budgets during the estimating phase
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subs, suppliers, and clients
  • Continuously look for ways to improve estimating processes and systems


What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in construction estimating (commercial preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and Divisions 01–33
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and bid documents
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with estimating software and Excel
  • Strong communication skills—you’ll be working with a lot of people
  • Ability to adapt as project scopes and priorities shift

Bonus Points:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with conceptual estimating and budgeting
