The surveyor is responsible for determining the position of structures, ensuring that construction projects are completed according to the design specifications. This involves accurate measurement, mapping, and reporting to facilitate project planning and execution. The ideal candidate would have experience with Trimble systems and surveying in a construction setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Site Analysis:
- Conduct initial surveys of the construction site to assess conditions, establish benchmarks, and highlight potential issues before construction begins.
- Measurement and Mapping:
- Use a variety of surveying equipment like total stations, GPS, and levels to take measurements.
- Create topographic maps, site plans, and detailed drawings of the area, including existing structures, utilities, and natural features.
- Setting Out:

- Monitoring Progress:

- Verify the accuracy of survey data and the work of other surveyors.
- Advise on any required adjustments or corrections to maintain project specifications.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and construction teams to provide precise data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with health and safety regulations, particularly around construction sites.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all survey work for legal and project management purposes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Baptist Health Urgent Care is looking for experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in Russellville, AR.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to ensure exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking vitals, assisting providers, and maintaining accurate records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
• Promptly greets patients when entering waiting area, exam room, and laboratory or x-ray room
• Consistently communicates with patients on wait times; provides direction to the next step in the treatment process
• Provides solutions to patient problems and recognizes and seeks help in emergent/hazardous situations
• Executes follow-up calls with a sense of urgency
• Assist front desk personnel with patient check in/out procedures when necessary
• Obtains and accurately documents patient vital signs and weight, takes brief history, past medical, family and social history current medications, allergies and other pertinent historical information as appropriate
• Assists with patient transfers
• Assists with procedures directly supervised by the provider
• Follows documentation procedures and completes required documentation related to patient visit
WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. Our PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
• Certified Medical Assistant is preferred
• Willingness to get AR Limited X-Ray License is preferred
