• Inspect, wash and prepare for shop all equipment returning from rentals.
• Must take pride in store and yard appearance, maintaining a neatly organized and safe work area.

• Will assist in scanning of all rental equipment during delivery and return processes as well as maintaining associated paperwork.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage during the rental period and complete proper documentation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in loading, unloading and transportation of construction equipment.

This position will work in an outside environment and may work in a Shop environment and exposed to elements of weather. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 50lbs. The wearing of approved safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) is required when needed. Noise level in the shop/warehouse may range from moderate to high. Must be flexible during peak season working overtime as needed. Occasional local travel may be required to transport equipment. The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Lead owns the functional design, configuration, and delivery of the Dynamics 365 CE platform during a multiprogram implementation and ongoing operations. This role serves as the single functional owner across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and related CE workloads, ensuring a consistent data model, user experience, security posture, and release approach.

The CE Functional Lead acts as the product owner for CE-bridging business strategy and technical delivery-while partnering with the D365 Architect, Power Platform team, and business domain leaders.

With multiple CE programs going live within a condensed timeframe, strong centralized functional ownership is critical. This role ensures CE is delivered as one cohesive platform rather than fragmented solutions, enabling adoption, scalability, and longterm business value.

The Project Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to project leadership by managing documentation, monitoring job progress, assisting with financial tracking, and supporting billing activities. This role plays a key part in keeping projects organized and on schedule through close collaboration with the Project Manager and internal teams. Ongoing communication with the direct supervisor is required to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company procedures.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning and organizing project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor and manage work orders from initial setup through invoicing and completion
• Convert marked‑up or revised maps into finalized formats suitable for billing
• Update and maintain inventory management systems and records
• Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, customers, vendors, and subcontractors, delivering professional and responsive service
• Investigate and resolve issues related to job tracking, inventory discrepancies, or billing inconsistencies
• Coordinate documentation, compliance requirements, and working relationships between MP Nexlevel and subcontracting partners
• Prepare, submit, and track change orders and related project documentation

Required Skills & Experience
