How you’ll make an impact in this role- Expertly scrub or circulate for open-heart cases, including CABG, valve replacements, aortic dissections, and heart transplants.

How you’ll make an impact in this role- Deliver High-Standard Clinical Care: Execute precise nursing interventions in strict alignment with organizational protocols and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Drive Multidisciplinary Coordination: Lead as the primary clinical hub, unifying diverse health-care teams to provide seamless, holistic, and well-coordinated care.
- Manage & Execute Complex Care Plans: Swiftly implement physician directives while monitoring and communicating critical status changes to maintain treatment continuity.
- Orchestrate Strategic Discharge: Partner across disciplines to assess patient needs and build robust transition plans that ensure long-term recovery and success.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
