Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:

Compensation Summary

- This role is contingent on you passing your licensing exam, obtaining the state issued license, and successfully completing the Goosehead training program, which will commence on your start date

* Actively participates in survey/survey readiness activities and performance improvement plans, works to reduce unnecessary patient hospitalizations, improve patient safety, and implements processes and best practices to ensure positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:
* Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice
* 1+ years of Home Health experience
* Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
* Current CPR Certification
* Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to work independently
* Solid communication, writing, and organizational skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Job Description:Rite-HiteService Technicianswill install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.
Required Experience:Rite-Hitesells the best and we hire the best. This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.

The hiring range for this position in USA-WA-Seattle is $29.20-$40.15 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
