Role Description:

Required Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
  • National certification in at least one of the following specialties:
    • Family Nurse Practitioner
    • Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
    • Adult Nurse Practitioner
    • Gerontological Nurse Practitioner
  • Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license
  • Active DEA license
  • US Work Authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment.

Qualifications: J.D.

with excellent academic credentials.

New York Bar admission required, New Jersey Bar and Florida Bar admission a plus.

5-7 years of transactional and/or commercial finance experience, specifically including C&I lending.

Must be a self-starter, detailed oriented, and a team player.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Must be able to work independently, multi-task and possess excellent writing and communication skills.

Familiarity with UCC Article 9 secured transactions is highly preferred.

Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician at Lighthouse will include the following:

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

  • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment.

  • Foster a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

  • Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to review progress, address concerns, and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

- Project planning, scheduling, and execution for consumer electronics product development.

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

- Coordinate our Design Department and Engineering Team at our partner factories and any other factory vendors in organizing, and ensuring projects are meeting timelines and milestones.

- Hold accountable all teams and vendors their roles and responsibilities related to product development

- Manage, and continuously improve all Project Management related workflows, procedures, etc. on project management tools and SOP and workflow documents

- Communicate with our China Teams as necessary.

- Manage GS1 barcoding process

- Work closely with our Product Management personnel and factory production to coordinate NPLs.

- Work with internal teams as well as vendors required.


BOM Changes:

  • Develop, improve, changes to any of our processes and workflows. Be sure our vendors know, confirm and verify any change to the specs, BOM, etc. to any of our products


Compliance:

  • Continuously improving all processes related to compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure full FDA compliance
  • Work with our vendors to be fully compliant with FDA guidelines
  • Develop, improve and implement workflow, procedures


Project Management Related Tools:

  • Work with all teams and resources to ensure the continuous improvement of any tool we use for project management: Jira, Teambition


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred

• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics or related industry.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing a high volume of projects


Qualifications:

• PMP certification a plus.

• Fluent Bilingual Mandarin Chinese a real plus.
