Global Product Line Manager

We are seeking a high-impact Global Product Line Manager to steer the next chapter of growth within the Hydraulic Hose market segment. This position will lead and own the global strategy for hydraulic hose product lines including defining roadmaps, setting priorities, and leading initiatives that drive profitable growth for the organization long-term.

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary + 10%-15% bonus + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, 401k match, PTO.

Job Description:

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the global product strategy and lifecycle for engine hose solutions, including alternative energy technologies.
• NPD & NPI: Lead the New Product Development and Introduction process, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
• Market Intelligence: Capture Voice-of-Customer (VOC), monitor industry trends, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform product requirements.
• Commercial Execution: Support sales and analytics teams to drive the pipeline, prepare market launch materials, and champion the product line to key customers.
• Financial & Ops Planning: Translate long-range financial forecasts into actionable product plans; manage global capacity, sourcing strategies, and capital investment needs.

Lakewood Loan Production Office

Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.

Leads, coordinates and directs the daily management of residential mortgage originators. This fast-paced leadership position is responsible for establishing and monitoring goals to achieve production objectives, training, recruiting top originators, training mortgage loan originators. This role will support community and market share growth by developing industry relationships and championing Elevations Mortgage products and Loan Originators.

• Coaches team members to their fullest potential, while reinforcing accountability.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:
• Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

Compensation Summary

The Account Executive position has a first-year average on-target earnings of $90,000. Our compensation package consists of a base salary plus uncapped variable commissions, and a one-time conditional sign-on bonus. Additionally, you are eligible for renewal commissions year-over-year, which provides passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income.

Licensing, Training, and Position Requirements:

• Goosehead will cover one-time costs of all training courses and exam fees to obtain your insurance license
• This role is contingent on you passing your licensing exam, obtaining the state issued license, and successfully completing the Goosehead training program, which will commence on your start date
• Account Executives are equipped with extensive training in , sales process management, business development and more, no previous experience is required.
• Professional development opportunities from the Account Executive role include, but are not limited to, corporate leadership, flexibility with a proven track record, and an apprenticeship program leading to business ownership.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
• Legally authorized to work the United States
