Aspirus At Home in Antigo, WI is seeking a PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our field team!
The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients. Evaluates, establishes treatment plan and goals of treatment, and provides for and/or supervises the administration of treatment modalities/procedures done to meet the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient. Incorporates patient and family education. Provides documentation for all of the above.

Qualifications:
