• Schedule:

  • Manage a patient load of 14-18 per shift.
  • Department includes 13 rooms and 3 hall beds.
  • No rounding required.

• Licensing and Certification:
  • Must be licensed in Missouri.
  • Board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine is preferred; board-certified pediatricians with emergency department experience will also be considered.
  • Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (if not PEM fellowship-trained).
  • PALS certification required for PEM fellowship-trained candidates; ATLS required for non-PEM candidates.
• Privileges:
  • Hospital/surgery center privileges are necessary.
  • No temporary privileges available.
• Additional Information:
  • EMR System: Epic.
  • No call responsibilities.
