The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to the Manufacturing Engineering team to advance manufacturing by reducing cost, improving quality, expanding safety, and increasing on-time delivery. This position functions as a working supervisor and is expected to both lead the team and directly perform hands-on manufacturing engineering activities as the business needs require.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Leading project teams to acquire, integrate and implement technologies into manufacturing and production processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- 10 years' experience in an Engineering/Operations environment with 3-5 years in a Managerial position.

Job Summary The SMT Engineering Technician Night Shift will support the manufacturing process by maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring optimal machine performance during night operations to meet production targets.
