Employment type:
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Flexing between a One Medical office in Purchase and a One Medical office in Manhattan
What you?ll be working on:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits at a unique employer onsite
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in New York, obtained by your One Medical start date

The base salary range for this role is $177,500 to $188,750 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. A de novo bank focused on serving accredited investors through private credit and private equity investment activities is seeking a Chief Compliance & Legal Counsel. This executive leadership role is responsible for establishing and overseeing the bank's legal and regulatory compliance framework from inception and serving as a trusted advisor to executive management and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the bank's chief legal officer, advising the Board, executive management, and senior leadership on legal and regulatory matters.
- Interpret and apply federal and state banking laws and regulations applicable to a Federal Reserve–regulated banking institution.
- Advise on legal structures, documentation, and disclosures related to private credit, private equity, and alternative investment activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate investment-related agreements, offering materials, subscription documents, and vendor and service provider contracts.
- Oversee corporate governance matters, including Board and committee materials, charters, resolutions, and regulatory correspondence.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel, fund counsel, and regulatory advisors.
- Support regulatory interactions, chartering activities, and examinations with the Federal Reserve and other applicable authorities.
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance management framework aligned with the bank's investment and investor-facing activities.
- Oversee compliance with applicable banking regulations, including BSA/AML, OFAC, privacy, conflicts of interest, and disclosure obligations.
- Establish and maintain policies and procedures covering investor onboarding, accredited investor verification, marketing and communications, and conflicts management.
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting private credit, private equity, and alternative investment activities within a Federal Reserve–regulated banking environment.
- Lead compliance oversight for regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation efforts.
- Develop and deliver compliance training for employees, management, and the Board.
- Partner with executive leadership to align legal and compliance frameworks with the bank's strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
- 10+ years of progressive legal and compliance experience within banking, alternative investments, or regulated financial institutions.
- Strong experience advising on private credit, private equity, or alternative investment structures for accredited investors.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. banking regulations and Federal Reserve supervisory expectations.
- Experience working directly with the Federal Reserve during examinations, chartering, or ongoing supervision.
- Proven ability to build compliance programs in a de novo or growth-stage institution.

Summit Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established Plastic Surgery department at our Purchase, NY location. This Physician Assistant (PA) will function as a patient care provider within the outpatient office, hospital, and operating room and will have responsibilities including: Helping the provider to see patients in the office, seeing patients independently in the office, assisting in the operating room and assisting in hospital rounding, when applicable.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
