The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top manufacturing clients to help on-board a Quality Engineer to join their Team in Hampton Roads Virginia. This is a very exciting search, because our client has been growing every year creating greater opportunities and positive challenges for their organization.

The ideal candidate would have a blended background in both Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement and understand how to drive Performance and set Key Metrics for Sustainable Growth. We are looking for a self-starter, with a strong sense of urgency, along with the ability to develop and create where structure doesn't already exist.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree

· 1-3+ years working in a Manufacturing Environment (Minimum)

· Blended Operations & Quality Leadership Skills

· Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
