The Opportunity
This posting is for multiple P&C Actuarial Analyst positions on the pricing, indications, and forecasting teams. These roles require experienced analysts to independently apply actuarial methods for accurate pricing and process improvement, mentor colleagues, provide strategic insights, and manage business risks in compliance with internal risk management policies.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Experienced analyst responsible for independently applying actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects and serves as a technical subject matter expert on assigned tasks.
What you'll do:
Independently applies actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects (e.g.)
Builds tools to test and implement new methodologies that improve accuracy of actuarial analysis; utilizes model results to select new variables and refresh existing variables in a rating algorithm; analyzes results from multiple methodologies to propose reserve selections and documenting rationale).
Identifies and improves existing processes utilizing actuarial, mathematical, or statistical techniques.
Proactively resolves technical issues and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.
Assists others with troubleshooting issues.
Creates instructions and training materials for actuarial tools and processes.
Mentors new team members.
Apply business acumen to provide actionable insights that help solve business problems.
Effectively communicates insights and solutions to broad audiences including actuarial and non-actuarial stakeholders.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related actuarial/business/analytical experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
2 years of actuarial or analytical business experience.
3 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams.
Experience with relevant actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques and approaches used to support fact-based decision-making.
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in Python, R, SQL, SAS, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect technical insights to business problems.
What sets you apart:
Familiarity with Excel and at least one programming language or modeling software package (Python, SQL, R, SAS, etc.).
Demonstrated experience with basic actuarial pricing methodologies.
Demonstrated experience aggregating and analyzing data to solve problems.
Ability to effectively communicate insights and solutions to broad audiences including actuarial and non-actuarial stakeholders.
P&C Personal Lines pricing experience.
Familiarity and experience with industry pricing software such as Earnix.
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $77,120 - $138,810.

The Role at a Glance:
This position oversees the Iowa region and is fully remote. To support travel and training requirements, we strongly prefer candidates who live in Iowa.
As a key member of the farm team, the Poultry Field Technician will be responsible for day to day communications with the farmers, weekly/by-weekly onsite service visits, overall heath and performance of Pete and Gerry's owned layers and pullets, assure all standards are understood and adhered to by each farmer, be on site for any third party audits, communicating on farm bird health/egg quality/compliance deficiencies up the command chain, and assuring that necessary paperwork is in place for any bird movement.

In this role, you'll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You'll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins.
- Work with the farmers within the appropriate region to ensure that they know, understand, and are implementing all standards of care for free range, and pastured raised egg laying hens.
- Conduct weekly/Biweekly on-farm service visits to ensure bird health, optimum efficiency, and egg quality
- Ensure that the farmers have all documentation required by HFAC, Whole Foods Market, FDA, and USDA Organic, or any other third-party certifier.
- Communicate non-conformances to both the farmers and the Live Production Manager for swift and precise correction
- Ensure that the farmers are aware of any egg type changes, are tagging properly, and have the supplies to do so.
- Work with local veterinarians, and state officials to schedule AI surveillance testing for the sale of spent fowl.
- Assist the Live Production Manager in new farm construction projects where appropriate, or any other Pete and Gerry's related items that require assistance.

As a client success executive, you should stay up to date on market trends impacting your clients’ industries and work to understand and anticipate their business needs to position TTEC as a value-add strategic partner to best support their objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will ensure alignment between our organization's objectives and each client's needs to maintain and deliver profitable growth in your portfolio.
You will be responsible for orchestrating TTEC teams and individuals from marketing, sales, offers and solutioning, and delivery to successfully serve clients and grow your book of business profitably.
During a Typical Day, You’ll Act as a visionary for your client portfolio with an in-depth understanding of CX delivery and technology-enabled solutions.
Have full P&L responsibility and for meeting/exceeding annual financial goals while making progress on longer-term financial performance.
Lead the development of the short and long-term business strategy to include expanded digitized offerings, geo expansion and solutions that align with your clients’ business needs and market trends.
Work hand in hand with offering, solutioning and delivery teams to deliver on the strategies.
Review existing client relationships to ensure best practices are in place for client management, retention, and to position us for growth Create strategy for business growth and oversight of current business within the portfolio including achieving the businesses goals for sales, business development, and delivery across TTEC Engage Build and sustain internal and external relationships and have the stature and credibility to interface at senior levels.
Collaborate closely with other client portfolio leaders to share best practices, identify synergies and business opportunities that will benefit our clients and the company growth and financial performance.
What You Bring to the Role 15 years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry In depth knowledge of customer experience with enterprise level technology industry clients Combine vision, strategy and tactics to systematically grow the organization and customer development goals through creativity, ethical behavior and business builder techniques.
Sophisticated understanding of the sales process, contact center operations, and financial metrics of successful service delivery while bringing a proven approach for how to optimize a large scale, distributed environment.
A problem solver with demonstrated success influencing, managing and being part of matrix organizations.
Accustomed to serving large / complex Fortune 500 clients in an extremely fast-paced environment Someone who galvanizes the team, excites the masses about one’s vision / operational plan, and balances being a take-charge leader with having a collaborative approach COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $170,000-$210,000.
This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program.
