Job Description
- This is a remote field-based position that will cover the east coast. (Maine to Florida). Candidates should live in close proximity to a large airport hub within that geography.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Function as the primary medical point of contact in geographic area.
- Maintain clinical and scientific, expertise in oncology with specific focus in standards of care related to the treatment of ALK + NSCLC.
- Engage in well informed, compliant, robust, and accurate scientific peer exchange around our client’s pipeline, with KOLs.
- Have a thorough understanding of the clinical protocols, clinical trials outcomes and related procedures.
- Develop and track key opinion leader (KOL) engagement plans - identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with KOLs within assigned region.
- Engage in medical & scientific exchange with the medical/scientific community including advisory boards.
- Responsible for ongoing territory management and development.
- Responsible for all clinical program requests and for unsolicited requests for information.
- May collaborate with R&D Team to support sites and investigators participating in the company-sponsored clinical trials.

- Be solidly versed in the clinical data such that the full range of innovative science, clinical, outcome, economic and value aspects of our client’s products can be appreciated by the healthcare practitioner, formulary member or payer.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Sr. MSL: A minimum of 5 years of pharma experience and 3 years of rare disease, oncology (and/ or immunology) experience.
- Targeted Therapy experience strongly preferred.
- Prior product launch experience required.
- Exhibits the highest level of scientific, business, and clinical acumen with excellent communication and networking skills.
- The ability to interpret and present scientific data to engage KOLs.
- Working knowledge of standards of care for Alk + NSCLC is desirable.
- Previous experience sharing scientific content with payer systems is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of NCI Cooperative Groups and Oncology Research Consortiums.
- Ability to present complex scientific and value and evidence data to payors and/ or formulary committees is required.
- Working knowledge of institutions and clinics in selected geographies is expected.

Position Summary:
As Executive Assistant and Office Manager for BA Headquarters, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and support other executives working at our Philadelphia location. You will serve as a seamless extension of the executives you'll support, and build working relationships with key partners inside and outside the organization, including other EAs. Job Summary
COMHAR is seeking a skilled and compassionate IBHS Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee and support our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. This role provides leadership and clinical supervision to behavioral consultants and therapists working with children, youth, and young adults with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. The IBHS Licensed Clinical Supervisor ensures high-quality, evidence-based care, promotes positive outcomes, and supports staff professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor behavioral consultants, mobile therapists, and clinical staff within the IBHS program.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Ensure staff adherence to evidence-based practices, regulatory requirements, and program policies.
- Conduct regular clinical supervision, performance evaluations, and staff development activities.
- Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address treatment goals.
- Monitor client progress and provide guidance to staff on intervention strategies and behavioral supports.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and program development initiatives.

- Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker.
- Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from a college or university accredited.
- Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a social worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from a college or university accredited.
- Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from a college or university accredited.
- License Required (BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- One year of supervisory experience or equivalent in relevant training

Job Requirements (Pediatric Nephrology)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics – Nephrology (Pediatric Nephrologist)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology required
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric nephrology experience preferred
- Ability to read EEGs (required for this role)
- Hemodialysis experience required; experience with pediatric dialysis and peritoneal dialysis (acute/chronic) preferred
- Experience managing complex renal conditions such as Bartter's Syndrome, Fabry Disease, Fanconi Syndrome, Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome, Hepatorenal Syndrome, and Renal Transplant care (preferred)
- Experience with percutaneous renal biopsy and needle biopsy of the kidney (preferred)
Responsibilities — Pediatric Nephrology Locum
- Provide pediatric nephrology care for inpatient and outpatient populations at a children's hospital and outpatient clinic
- See a minimum of five outpatients daily in clinic (pediatric nephrology clinic)
- Perform inpatient rounds and consults (approximately 70% inpatient, 30% outpatient)
- Be available for calls during evenings and weekends throughout the on-call week
- Perform hemodialysis and pediatric nephrology procedures as needed
- Read EEGs as required by the hospital and collaborate with neurology when indicated
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nephrology, transplant, dialysis nursing, social work, and pediatrics) to ensure comprehensive patient care

Duties and Responsibilities
