Compensation & Benefits

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $525,000 - $550,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $550,000 - $700,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble automated test systems, electrical panels, and custom tester platforms from engineering drawings and schematics

• Perform point to point wiring of control panels, power distribution systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition hardware

• Route and terminate cables including power, signal, communication, and high voltage wiring

• Read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
